Dollarama review: incipio qi 3-coil wireless charging base

I bought a wireless charging device for my phone.
When I put the device together and plugged it in, it did not work. No indicator lights came on.
The device is faulty, it cost $4.00 plus tax.
This is not the first time an electronic device purchased from dollarama has been faulty.
I realize that I have been foolish in thinking that dollarama would sell a quality item for a low price, but since money is scarce these days, I took a chance. That will not happen again.
I would like a refund.
