My name is Catherine McCarty and I shop at your store all the time well yesterday I went and did shopping but when I got to the cash till a d had my items rang threw I had spent over so need a few things taken off so the clerk can called for the day manager to come and over ride well ahead was not happy about being called up to do this which is her job she made it very clear that that was the last [censored]en time she would be clearing any items of anyone's bill and that was that and if any customer had a problem with that then gi olease where or make sure you have enough money to pay what you had rung threw well I was very sorry I dint mean to overspend as well I felt sorry for the poor clerk I thought I had got him in trouble for calling her up to take those things off so I hope you clear up this issue and if that manager donest like doing her job then why be there at that job?
