Dollar Tree employes

I am complaining about the employees and the manager at the dollar tree on dexter road.I ask was the manager there to ask was a bathroom open to use the restroom a lady with gold brown hair light skin with make up African-American which I am African-American too told me a manager was not in the store I felt discriminated against because I was dressed not looking clean she was in the office the lady lied to me because there were clean people around. One employee with a Mohawk African American with a tattoo with t-savage on his arm told me to get out the store trying to embarrass me he pulled a box cutter out.I didn't say anything threating to him.one man be in the store in the back that don't have on dollar tree clothes with them all day while the manager there it be voodoo things going on the shelfs if you were to zoom in on the cameras.just letting you know.

Dollar Tree survey code [protected], store number 7494 994 us hwy 27 south, ste 3, cynthiana, ky 41031

I would first like to say, I love the Dollar Tree Stores and for that reason I am submitting my complaint.
The New Store in Cynthiana, KY was highly anticipated but from that I experienced in two trips, I am very disappointed. First the OPENING was not communicated except for word to mouth, it was just a fluke that I found out it was opening on Friday the 12th. Next being the fourth person through the door, I was happy at the layout and turn out for the opening, but this was marred by not being able to complete my purchase because of "computer" problems. Everyone was looking at each other to fix the problem. Very sad. No communication to the hundred people standing at the registers to check out at all. Finally after 45 minutes of waiting in line, I left, but not before a clerk told me to come back Sunday the 14th for customer appreciation day an everyone would get a 10% discount on purchases of $10 or more.

So I did, and when I checked out, no discount, I asked and the clerk said I needed a "coupon", what coupon? Sad way to treat new and old customers. They need to get their act together or I am afraid they will not make it very long. I tried to use your feedback program and was told by your security program, that that web site was not safe and would not let me access to give my feedback.

Dollar Tree rude and very unprofessional customer services

I went into the Dollar tree on deckar Blvd in Columbia SC I purchased 5balloons for my husband birthday but didn't get them blown up at the time of purchase as I asked for them to be blown up I was told that they couldn't because i had taken them home. I than asked for a manager who seems to be having a bad day I showed my receipt for the balloons but was called a [censored] I than asked her for cooperate number she refused I was than approach by a heavy set black dude that preceded to push me and told me to get the hell outta the store.i was so frustrated that I threw the balloons in da trash.i was followed out the store and was continued to be threating by this man and was scared for my kids not knowing his intentions.please be advised that I'm 7 months pregnant.im a regular customer I spend at 100.00 every 2weeks.i don't want to pursue in getting an attorney bt that kind of thing is just not acceptable.iiterally thought this gentleman was gonna harm me .I had to call my husband.poor customer service

Dollar Tree cashier

I just spent 100 at the Western avenue location in Knoxville TN the cashier refused to sell me Halloween stickers because they rang up a penny she yells at me let's her friends get in front of me slings my stuff the manager had to ask her over and over to walk away she barks meows at me cussing in front of my kids I started shaking the manager was shaking I have seizures when I get nervous which I did my husband had to come in and get me I believe her name was Angela it's noon I just left there the manager was super nice but this ruined my kids fun day because my seizure and I'll never go back there my family spends alot ofoney there please help me solve this she yells as I leave [censored] I won't lose my job the manager is my friend ty and good bless

Dollar Tree sunday newspaper

Hello I am a paying customer and at my current dollar tree, and I go in every so often to purchase the Sunday newspaper the newspaper is a $1 per one. The dollar tree in arroyo grande ca, has a sign posted that you may purchase 3 per customer. I had gone in there to purchase 3 newspapers but the employee said I can only purchase one per household. My friends don't live with me, so they are from a different household, so why did we get denied. It's people like this that make it hard for us couponers, I don't see anything wrong with this situation please address it as soon as possible. The employee Tammy made a big scene to where even the other customers in line, were harrassing saying what do I do sell the newspaper. And making me and my son very embarrassed I don't appreciate being criticized and denied when I am following the sign & the rules posted. I am very distressed and upset at the situation.

Dollar Tree purchasing merchandise

Went to the Dollar tree today finding some emoji pillows that I was told I couldn't have because they "we're already spoken for", not purchased still on a shelf, but spoken for. Is this customary or an employee perk? My daughter was quite upset because she wanted to purchase the pillow for a gift for someone. I would like for someone to please email an explanation. Dollar Tree locking doors before closing and being rude and disrespectful to customers

10/12/2018 I visited the dollar tree on Fairview avenue @ 8:53pm the door was locked so at 8:54pm I knocked on the door to see what was the problem the guy working the register just kept looking up and busting out into laughter at us. and then the lady employee after walking past the door once or twice comes to the door and says yes what you want or something to that effect and I kept saying its not 9 o clock and in this very rude and ghetto voice she starts disrespectfully yelling " ITS 9 O CLOCK HERE, ITS 9 O CLOCK HERE" That was so ugly of her to act like that. needless to say there was a family dollar nearby that we went and made our purchases at was treated with a whole lot more respect! This dollar tree I going to lose a lot of business if they continue to treat customers this way. If I ever visit another dollar tree it wont be this one!

Dollar Tree expedited shipping

I had an order EC9014395 which was supposed to be shipped and arrive to my destination in Norfolk, Va by Friday, October 12, 2018 and never made it. I called your customer service rep Rhonda who initially took my order and assured me that the items i had purchased would arrive by Friday evening. I originally cancelled the first order due to the fact it wouldn't drive by Friday. Rhonda assured me that it would and proceeded to take my credit card info and I was charged for expedited shipping. The order never arrived on Friday. I had an presentation with UFC that I missed and now Rhonda at customer service is telling me that it is "estimated to arrive now on Monday before 10:15. WTF! If I wanted the shipment to arrive on Monday I would not had paid for expedited shipping or even put in the order. Rhonda knew this and proceed to take my money and put in the order anyway knowing that I wouldn't get it until Monday. How hard is it to ship something from Chesapeake, Va to Norfolk, Va? It doesnt take a week! Now I have missed a major event and still have no product and I am out of $96.00. I see on your disclaimer that you do not offer refunds on purchases of any kind. So what do I do about the shipping I paid for that didn't arrive when you said it would? Is this who you do business Dollar Tree? I will take to Facebook and let the public know about my experience and never buy anything else from your store again.

Dollar Tree the store is unprofessional that I was at

I have still not got my last paycheck. I was supposed to get today but only a dollar was loaded. That store was unprofessional and too much drama. Employees sleeping with managers. I quit due to racial slurs that were not handled. The back room does not meet code. And the main store manager Fred. Screamed at me and yelled at me in front of customers and told me I was not allowed back in the store I was banned because I quit. But now he's saying I was fired. You guys told us to contact the district manager of where we're at. Nothing has ever been taken care of. At this point I really don't care about any of that I just want my paycheck.

One more thing I quit because I knew they were going to fire me anyway because I stole some things from the store while employed there. They just needed proof. But now they are stealing from me. Guess it is not okay for customers and employees to steal from them but they can steal from us.

Dollar Tree store appearance

I have visited store located at 2659 Webster Avenue, Bronx, New York. I was shocked to see the deplorable conditions of this Dollar Tree. It is dirty, smelly, garbage on the floor, dark, aisles are in such disarray and there is one aisle where it looks like a hurricane hit ! What A Mess ... this section with books and more is. I have visited a few times, and it is always the same. I'd rather go out of my way, hop on a bus and visit another Dollar Tree than visit this store which is within walking distance in my neighborhood. I brag about Dollar Tree but when asked where is the nearest, I don't refer anyone to this store... it is unacceptable. I am filing this complaint so that Corporate will send an inspector and correct these issues.

Dollar Tree manager and double standards

Our local store has a little miss - know - it - all for a manager. She still has snot hanging from her nose and enjoys belittling her employees and making them feel like meaningless subordinates. I witnessed her telling a new hire that they were not allowed to use their personal cell phones for any reason, I asked her then why it was ok for herself and other employeesto carry and listen to music on their personal devices. With a smart [censored] attitude she stated because they were "her assistants". If a certain rule applies to one individual, then they need apply to all employees. Not whomever she deems worthy of using their phones. This little girl needs to be put in her place and learn how not to treat others, especially her those whom are older than she, like common trash. Also, ms. Jessica needs to soak english when spoken to. The new hire clearly spoke english and she proceeded to soak in spanish to get... That is so wrong!

Dollar Tree management-mary

Mary is very rude. First encounter a female employee was running a register. She was behind so another employee jumped on another register to help her. Mary yelled at this individual asking her why she's running a register. She said to help her catch up. Mary said well she needs to speed up cuz you got stuff on the floor to do. Another day the phone rang while I was in there. A different female comes over the PA system and tells Jody she has a call. Mary gets on the PA system and says TAKE A MESSAGE SHE'S BUSY real rude for all of bus in the store to hear. Now today I go in Jodys running one register and Mary's chattering with a female at another register with her basket of bagged items. I'm assuming Mary rang her up. I get my stuff go up front the line is longer so I go over to Mary where she's still jabbering with this female whole Jody has 4 to 5 people in line. I asked Mary was she open and she says NO and continues talking I snatch my stuff up and go get in the other line. Once Mary finished her conversation with this lady she stood there and chewed on her candy bar and then went into the office. Mary needs to be courteous to customers as well as her employees. Work together as a team and take care of your customers in a professional and timely manner. Then you work together as a team to get your work done. Please discuss this with Mary.

Dollar Tree rude harassment

My 13 yr. old daughter went into your Jamestown, NY location. She was asked where her parents were because your employees stated they didn't have time to babysit her. This is harrassment! I will be taking this further. Your employees are not allowed to approach anyone and state this to any customers. This is unacceptable and terrible customer service. I will be letting all my friends and family know how you treat your customers.

Dollar Tree 📀 dvd’s

I purchased 9 DVDs, which included a 2 box set. So I purchased/was charged for 9 although I received a total of 10. Of the 10 5 did NOT work. Had I been aware of your "unopened item" policy I would NOT have purchased any. It is unfair to not have this policy posted near the DVDs nor mentioned by the sales clerk @ checkout. After phoning your customer service line and waiting for OVER a half an hour I was informed that complaints must be lodged online. I have been a long time, loyal Dollar Tree customer. I greatly appreciate the majority of the products you offer AND the savings I've received. Your "unopened item" return policy in unfair and unethical. Consumers have a right to know they have no recourse should their purchase be inoperable. Although I'm doubtful for any resolution, I do thank you for your time and consideration.

Dollar Tree service

I had a manager try to pick me up while checking out and she gave me her number on back of my receipt. i texted with her weeks later for her to go psycho and then contacted my parole agent and make a serious alligation about me on some conduct i done in the dollar tree. It was all false. I was locked up for 10 days and lost my apartment job and got kicked out of collage. I email dollar tree with no response.

Dollar Tree we need managers in emporia more like the little girl jessica robertson

She's the fastest cashier she's always working she's always smiling always greets customers she's never standing still she works so hard and fast plus all the mangers that y'all have in there now are rude and this one lady we all always wondering how did she even become a manger I have discussed this with plenty of people when we're refuse to get out of Jessica Line because she makes us feel so welcome and no mater how much people be ignorant towards her line she never get frustrated and always keep her smile we will vote for her even if she was running for store manger but any upped position for her we would appreciate it thanks emporia

The Dollar Store in Bellaire Ohio, the service is terrible, there is only one cashier the do there best but there are long lines, I approached the manager asked if we could get another cashier to help, she said she was busy she would be out when she was done, waited 13 min still no help, I think you should train your managers there, they need to hire more to help do the job, The Dollar Tree in Moundsville West Virginia is awesome they have enough people to cover the registers and are very courteous, time for management changes in the Bellaire Ohio store

Dollar Tree dirty and rude workers

The Delhi Location! The store has Hazzard issues things are stacked one on another. Can't grab a item with out things falling down. Boxes stacked high risk of falling. The store is a mess no organization anywhere. Items scattered threw out the store. The people who work there are rude and unprofessional. Messy cloths, hair, nails, and pay more attention to their personal phones. Could not answer question being asked . Extremely rude! No offense the older lady gave me extremely dirty looks when items were falling not offering to help she acted like it was all my fault. The African American was rude and ran into me a couple time because I was in her way for her to stock the shelfs. Mexican lady was rude and constantly on her phone. I walked in happy walked out irritated and discussed. So much negativity in the store I don't understand how it is ran.

Dollar Tree store inventory bare shelves..

The dollar tree located in milwaukie Oregon has bare shelves! It is a huge store with very bare shelves and racks but I can see in the back there is plenty of stuff that could be put out...are they under staffed? Please take care of the problem. I know lots of people that complain with me about this! I watch dollar tree hauls on YouTube, and I am sure a lot of your customers do, and I see things come out in other states but have not ever or are very late coming out here. Even though I found out that our warehouse is in california...1 state away..why is there such a problem here, getting our products on the shelves? I have actually noticed this with all the dollar trees in my area. From clackamas, milwaukie and Portland, oregon! It would be appreciated if this could be looked into as I love to shop there but if it doesn't change you will lose me as a customer and many of my friends and family...Thank you. Loyal customer

Dollar Tree service at register

I visited the land O lakes dollar store I went there after work on 10/09/18. I bought 15 bottles of water in a pack of candy, as I'm waiting line to be checked out I am watching The employee Tara as she is bag up person's items she proceeded to stuff all of his things in one bag and they were falling out all over the place The customers said to Tara the cashier these are going to fall out I need another bag please in with an attitude she said she doesnt have enough bags and that is why she packed his things all in one bag, TARA reluctantly put the customer stuff in 2 bags... Now it's my turn I look at where the bags are hanging she only had 3 bags, so she rang my stuff up and the Proceeded to put 4 liter bottle in one bag I told her I cant not carry all of that at one time because I have Lymphedema on my left side from a recent surgery, Then she stated to me while she does not have any more bags I actually I asked her if they were no more bags anywhere in the store she told me NO.Tara Did not even attempt to look anywhere she did not look at any of the other registers to see if they had bags she didn't even apologize for not having any bags and she did not even help me put the 15 bottles in my cart she just acted so nonchalant and she did not care... there was a line of at least 3 people behind me...So I gathered my stuff put them in the cart and as I'm walking out the store the person ringing on the next register yos out yes we had bags here over there in that Box and that even made me more of set because they had bags she did not take the initiative to go and look and I believe the other person on the register was a manager... So now I had to take these bottles to the 3rd floor of an apartment to an elderly persons so of course I had no help with that.I have worked in retail for more then 15yrs and management for 6.. One of two things happened there poor training or poor management, but now I see it was poor training... I have enclosed a picture of my receipt a picture of the bottles laying freely in my trunk and a picture of my arm in lymphedema compression sleeve and you can see that it is swollen.. Thank you for your time hope this problem will be rectified as I will not be going store again..
