Dollar General review: Wrongful termination

My name is Tyshia Harris, and I think that i was wrongfully terminated.

Starting to say... the store manager wanted to make me the assistant manager and the GM Amanda said that i couldnt have the position because i do not own a car at the moment. Now the new assistant does not own a car either but she was givin the position without a car.The store manager started the position without a car. She became store manager in Oct and didnt get a car until dec. I dont think that was fair.

i was terminated, i was going back and forth with a customer and the customer called me a stupid [censored]. i gave him the finger. co-worker at the time Marcus seen me give the finger. he tells the store manager and he tells her if she doesnt go to the gm about it then he would. I was never talked to, a warning or anything. But the manager did just that,. I then got wrote up and suspended. After that I got terminated and wasnt notified until days later. Before I got terminated Marcus (co-worker) says Ty ill pay you 100$ to whoop Malissa's [censored] for me. He also sent the message to the Store manager, and he still has his job. I think all of this is very unfair. Drinking is being done on the job while working. THE STORE IS JUST MESSY. I think the store is Racist. She has had it out for since day 1
