To Whom It May Concern:

Purchased Prepaid Card at Dollar General Store #7912

See attachment of the receipt it was purchased on 03/02/2026. I would like a full refund of $23.00.

Netspend Visa Dept Card does not work I have tried in the store and on-line. No purchased has been made. This is a scam. Very unprofessional company and the store manager due to not resolving the issue.
If this matter is not resolved I will be reporting your business to the Better Business Bureau.

Desired outcome: I need my full refund of $23.00.
