Hello I work for store 19179 i'm a asm and being wrongfully demoted. I've never had correct training. My cbl scores are ranked high in the store and i've been thru 3 store managers in a 6-month period. If I have to accept a demotion this is my formal resignation due to not following company policy and nepotism. I have no communication with district manager and I spoke to regional and she replied I will have to have a career thru him. I feel this is unjust treatment. The reginal mrs. Jamie had just stated I have potential to be a store manager and now i'm being demoted.

Desired outcome: transfer to a different district so i can have a career with dollar general because the district manger have something personal against me his name is Tim Bullock
