I’ve been a customer of DG for several years. Their customer service is very good. I like that they have options for less expensive items. The one thing that I have recent issue with is their inaccurate stock quantity on their app and website. Yesterday I made a purchase of a candy bar which the app reflected as 11 in stock. The actual amount in store was 8, and there were 2 other candy bars in the box that were different from the original. Today I used the app to see the most recent quantity, and it showed as 10 in stock. I know that this is not correct. DG needs to update their inventory daily to ensure that the quantity of items on their app and website is correct. This is just an example of one item, however, it applies to many items.
Recommendation: I encourage others to report inconsistencies with stock quantities.
