Dollar General – being fired

i have worked for dollar general for 1 year i always worked my shift and even was called in on my days off. went into work on friday may24th 20024 and was told i was suspended for not doing returns the right way .my manger had not watched the cameras for over 8 weeks if she had done that she would of seen I was not doing them right .and could of showed me the right way .soon as i made the asst manger postion they do this to me iwould put up all the freight while the other employes would stand up front and do nothing i said something to the manger about it but she never done anything about it .and thats when she started to act different towards to me .then today may the 30th got a call from the DM she told me the termanated me just because i didnt do a return the right way .i was never trained on any thing when i got hired at the store the manager put me straight on the register .and then it wasint long she quit so we never had a manger for awhile so we done everything the best we new how .and we got manager after manager but they never stayed long .so i feel i was fired wrongfully .i liked my job had alot of customers that enjoyed me being there would tell me they was glad i was there not other employees .i would like to have my job back please . thank youPenny Cothern store number 11635 .
