We were talked into subscribing with promises that were not kept (mostly free streaming on select apps for a period of time). It has been 6 weeks, no apps. We have 2 tv's so we asked for two tuners. What we get on one is not the same on the other. Error codes that tuner 1 is full so we cannot watch #2. Huge problem. Then i noticed something unreal. Tuner #1 has over 1500 hours of recordings. I checked into it, and true. I noticed that all those hours were on demand, rented, or rent on demand. When i called dish and asked if this was a tuner that someone else had, they said yes. I kindly asked to have a brand new tuner and they don't have any. I tried to delete all the hours from the tuner with no luck. I asked for a tech visit because we had so many troubles. She said we cannot, we already had 2. Well those 2 were required and the second tech said to just call and ask for him, he'd come out. He also said that we get 6 free tech visits per year. Next, we never got any streaming apps period. Not even prime which we qualify for free. I saw an ad for mlb network and decided to call them because i love baseball. They said yes, they have 4 plans, i picked the one with only the rockies games, paid the money, after i got signed up. Oops, dish says no you can't get the rockies mlb plan. This is almost a deal breaker, it should be. What do i do? it's so hard to find cable tv or dish that offers what we need. I don't think we are unreasonable. I have tried writing emails to dish and i get zero responses. Did i say the jumbo tuner that you can 16 tv's on (?) costs $350.
Claimed loss: OUR LOSS IS GREATER THAN A MONETARY LOSS. OUR TIME AND F MY EFFORTS ARE WORTH a lot. I WILL GIVE DISH ONE CHANCE TO CORRECT EVERYTHING. ALL THE LIES TOLD TO US, AND TO GIVE US A BRAND NEW TUNER and the streaming apps.
Desired outcome: ALL THAT I MENTIONED ABOVE AND IF WE DON'T GET THAT, WE WILL ASK FOR A MONETARY SETTLEMENT.
