I am hearing impaired so I have always watches Gold Rush on my desktop computer. I have a subscription with Suddenlink for cable tv. Since mid January this year I have been unable to access Gold Rush on Discovery Channel. I do not have nor do i want Discovery +. I still get Discovery channel on mt tv. Why now can't I get access to just plain Discovery Channel?

Mike Rower’s far right political stand on the minimum wage and the “freedom convoy” effecting not only the United States and now he is supporting the far right Canadian truckers should be grounds for canceling his contract with discovery.I personally will spread the word to boycott your programs involving Mike Rowe.Fire him!

I am asking that the producers of Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch would do a better job of bleeping out instances of "God da..!" & variations on that, or "Oh my G.,!" or "For Chr...'s sake!", or just "Chr..t!" They jump all over the words that don't offend religions, such as the common "f..k", "s..t", etc. (Tony Beets from Gold Rush for example), yet when it comes to expletives that take God's name in vain, they ignore those occurrences. I would wager a guess that a good percentage of your viewer demographics include Conservative Christians. I would further argue that many of those people cringe when you allow God's/Christ's name to be openly cursed. I am so sick and tired of it; I am ready to jump ship. I love many of your "reality" programs but how would you like it if you were personally singled out in some way and bullied verbally? That is how I feel whenever I hear someone say "God da..it" or similar. It is personal and heartbreaking. Please consider my concerns as sincere and I thank you for taking my concerns seriously.

Our children absolutely love watching the "Kids Baking Championship" through our Discovery+ subscription on Prime Video. However, over the past two weeks they have started showing inappropriate commercials on this program. Specifically, they have been airing VRBO and GoDaddy commercials with sexual innuendos and overt attention on sexuality. These commercials are inappropriate for this young audience. Please remove them immediately and be careful to screen commercials placed in children's programming. We have cancelled our subscription until we can ensure that protections are put in place for this age group.

I have been watching the Discovery Channel daily for years. I usually keep my TV on that channel all day, but recently I saw something that absolutely disgusted me. There on 2 commercials that you are advertising about the show Love off Grid. In both commercials there is a shot of 2 different couples in tents. The first one I saw, you can see a shadow of a man who gets up on his knees, then lifts his right leg up to straddle his partner and you can see his scrotum dangling in between his legs. The other tent commercial shows a large woman, on top of her partner, thrusting back and forth on him. Y’all might as well have just put the camera in the tent with them. I can’t believe that discovery plus is allowing this on their channel.

It's against the law to do this kind of racing and you try to publicise it like it's legal. It's a horrible show...

Have inadvertantly signed up for an anual pass to Discovery Channel believing I was signing up for the Eurosport Channel.
Have cancelled my subscription but would prefer a refund so that I can subscribe to Eurosport. As Discovery is the owner of Eurosport I had not realised that there was seperate subscriptions. I would gratified if you could refund me so I can sign up to Eurosport without the other channels which in my circumstances are uneccessary. by the way the contact and help buttons on your web-site when I signed in do not work.

I've been watching the ID channel for years and have always enjoyed your crime shows, etc. Lately I keep seeing commercials in Spanish. I'm confused, there already is a Spanish channel and closed captions that can be set for Spanish. This is America and our language is English. I'm getting tired of watching commercials I can't understand because their not in our language. I doubt you would find English commercials on in countries that speak Spanish as their primary language. Please stop forcing the liberal political views down our throats which also includes you're BLM commercials. I can't believe you condone rioting, looting, burning, and complete disregard for others safety. I'm very disappointed in your choice of commercials these days and will be looking else where for my programming needs.

There are more advertisements during the currant series of deadliest catch than I have ever seen on any TV channel.
There are twice the amount during this show than there is on any free to air channel&we have 2 pay for discovery channel so we can watch more ads than actual shows, its absolutely absurd the amount of advertisements to the point where I am going to cancel my subscription.extremely disappointed in discovery channel.

The player buffers repeatedly (netflix does not). Buffering will crash the player regularly (netflix does not). I pay for this service and get normal TV adds (netflix does not). The player has no indication of what episode you are watching. The player has no "next episode" button.

Worst error: once in a while the player will get caught in a loop repeating the same 2-3 mins over and over again.

I am viewing on win10 and Firefox browser. Have also experienced all these issues on Roku

One of the best shows/series on television showing rugged people in real situations in our last great wilderness. NO 'shoot-em-ups', sex, violence [unless killing to survive is considered that], which there is too much of on now. Good information on how to survive in less than optimum conditions. PLEASE BRING BACK "THE LAST ALASKANS"! It is interesting, informative and just plain Great Viewing!

I will try to pitch my review of the TLA show. There hasn't been a program for a long time that I was looking forward to watch in my lifetime.
I am 61 years old and I loved The Last Alaskans.
It took me to a place of solitude, a place of quietness
A place of happiness that this world needs at this time. With the pandemic, riots, craziness unfolding. Just by watching tgat show puts me in a place I wish I could be in the rest of my life.
I really hope you can find it amongst yourselves to put that documentary back on Television for all of us looking for that peace and tranquillity.

I think you also wouldn't like it to read, for example, aKtion instead of aCtion...

It's really making your highly standard program's looking very stupid for Dutch people.

Just subscribed to HGTV and it keeps switching closed captions from English to French. Settings remain on English. Very annoying to pay for this.

Discovery + advertised that it would stream street outlaws and for plus subscribers you would also get the following week ahead of time. All was great until the latest season of street outlaws no prep kings came on and now I can't watch it. Lots of people just like me. Needless to say I canceled my subscription. Please stop the false advertisement

what a horrible show. Forest and habitat destruction for self centered reasons. Why would Discovery promote such a show when climate and environment are in crisis . Money always about money. Tired of companies not giving a crap about what they promote.

Gradually over recent series there has been less of how a car is repaired/improved for selling. Although Mike Brewer knows a lot about cars, I'd rather see just the mechanics doing their stuff. I have been reduced to only being able to watch Wheeler Dealers if I record it. This then means I can fast forward through the Mike Brewer parts

We enjoy educational shows on the Discovery channel...our grandchildren enjoy Dino Hunters. Imagine our shock sitting with our young grandchildren when nude images began popping up on the screen! This happened repeatedly! They were ads for Naked and Afraid of Love. The slight blurring was not NEARLY enough to disguise or hide these naked images! My grandchildren can no longer watch the educational programming they enjoy because of the literal PORN being thrust in their faces by the Discovery channel ads! This is absolutely immoral and HAS to be illegal!

Watching Gold Rush, Bearing Sea Gold and other shows on your channel causes my dog to panic. I can no longer watch them without putting him in a different room or watching it on mute. The issue is the beeping between scenes. The high pitch beep freaks him out. And I'm guessing other dogs as well since high pitch noises are disturbing for dogs. Is there a reason why these shows feel the need to put that beep in? I love the shows but could do without the beeps!

I was watching guy's grocery games on sunday, august 29 and suddenly was confronted by the most distasteful ad (the sea turtle torturing mentioned by another commentor) - for naked and afraid. I certainly hope that the person/s who authorized this ad has been/will be removed from his/her position. Both the visuals and audio are clearly inappropriate on a channel within a show that would likely have families/small children watching. I would never watch the aforementioned show, partially because of the inappropriate ads I have seen previously, but this one is definitely the worst.
