We were watching Street Outlaws Memphis and often I am offended by the commercials that come on for other shows that I would never watch. But tonight went too far. A commercial for Naked and Afraid about how they killed a turtle and showed a graphic picture of it with a hook in its mouth. That is animal cruelty and should not be shown. I'm realizing what a disgusting channel Discovery is and would never buy Discovery plus.

We're already paying the highest price for all Internet and cable subscription and now you're making better shows to put on streaming and want us to pay more kind of [censored] isn't it

I really love Discovery Life but lately I can't find anything on it I want to watch. Today I looked frequently to see what was on Discovery Live and every time it's Hoarding.. It's all Hoarding or Secretly Pregnant or (at night) Sex sent me to the ER. It didn't used to be this way. There was a variety of programming reflecting different interests. Please go back to your original mix of medical programming. I am much more interested in the ER shows or Monsters Inside Me or Diagnose me or even Untold Stories. And please don't make me to go Discovery + because I can't afford it. Thanks for listening.

Had one(s) ever realized that when celebrities and science mix that it becomes an utter joke? All of us have. Program totally blows this year folks. Guess the memo got misplaced huh? People want to see science about sharks. Not a bunch of [censored] with a bunch of money fumbling about looking like well, [censored]. Use them for bait. It would be much more entertaining and hey! We could learn much more about sharks than those [censored] bags could ever comprehend. Make sense?

The crime has continued due to money being distributed to others for two days now. This is the third request wanting assistance in stoping this matter due to how they want to identify themselves among a group of people. Everyone I try to approach them they do not want a conversation. The people I am referring to are Joann and Chip Gaines. I continue to want to resolve this matter with money for wrongful acts done to a person.

Their course of conduct has meant to do harm. Which means following, text message, use of electronic device toward a respectful person to put them in a different position in a group of people. I want money for wrongful acts at one million dollars.

Your channels are becoming too Black and too Left. That is why I only watch about 50% of what I use to watch.

I saw a commercial today June 14, 2021 for the OWN channel regarding a celebration for Black fathers. Great! I think Black lives matter and that the loss of George Floyd should serve to remind us all to be more inclusive to all people no matter the color.
So why is Oprah being singular to only Black fathers? If there is a racial bias going on, it is accelerated by having Black colleges, Black Miss America and now celebrating Black fathers. I don't mind this happening but how much screaming and rioting would go on if we celebrated White fathers, Asian fathers, Native American fathers, Mexican fathers, etc? And on and on with every exclusive show out there?
Yes, white people did those things at one time, we are still learning from this and so should Black people become more accepting that we are all bipedal humans, no matter the color. Grow up Discovery, don't segregate!

Watching it for 8 years, and this computer commentator you put on there this year, is driving me crazy.
I don't need anyone to tell me what I'm seeing.
Get it off or I'm leaving it.

why do you have to have ads showing during shows? your ad conveniently appears right when there's something about the show I'm watching and covers up what I can't see! it's ridiculous that you have to continuously show that damn ad...then the commercial comes up and it's all about discovery! Maybe if you wouldn't spend so much on advertising, you could make discovery+ free! Besides, you support BLM & I'll watch reruns before I'd subscribe to your channels!

Discovery plus won't cast to my Vizio smart tv. I contacted them and they say they have been working on it but refused to give credit for the problem this hasn't been working for a while.

I was watching Discovery other night and was a commercial in support of BLM. I can't believe you would have a commercial in support of a group that burned cities, robbed store, tore down statues and cause billions in damage to stores, buildings and to many more things and places to list! They want to remove police from our homes when without them it will be a train wreck! Look at the numbers percentage wise and it's plain to see they aren't about right and wrong they are about destroying things! I want to know when All Lives Matter! You lost a viewer because of this liberal crap! I'm not a racist or anything like that but I am an American!

I want to thank you for showing me your values as a company. I will no longer support or watch any of your discovery shows or sister company shows. This is because your advertisement of Black Lives Matter, which happened to burn my cousins shop down to the ground in Portland. By you displaying that advertisement for them shows that you are in support of that antics. Peace by destruction and hate. I cannot support that and choose not to going forward.

Why would Discovery Channel use Black Lives Matter and George Floyd to promote racial unity? BLM is a Marxist organization and George Floyd, while his death is unfortunate, was no role model. I don't disagree with what you are trying to promote, but please change the delivery. Your messaging is offensive.

I subscribed initially because all the programs I used to watch via cable on Investigation Discovery and the Travel Channel were moved to D+. NOW I'm seeing shows on the ID website that are new seasons but NOT on D+.

I've tried writing to their support email, but I literally get a FORM LETTER back that say these programs won't be on D+ due to licensing agreements! Seems to me that this should've all been worked out BEFORE launching the app. I've tried writing the CEO but was ignored twice.

It almost seems like they baited their viewers into signing up for the service, knowing full well they'd be moving the programming back to cable. I terminated my cable service since I primarily watch Discovery programming and thought I'd save money turns out to be a ripoff.

There is almost 2 Discovery Plus commercials at every commercial break on a lot of stations. IT IS VERY ANNOYING. Also - we are already subscribed to the Discovery Plus channel. Everyone knows about Discovery Plus by now. It's time to STOP the commercials.

I only watch Trvl Channel for the reenactment paranormal shows, not ghost hunter shows. I can't stand those dumb shows. Now Discovery has taken every reenactment show off Trvl Channel. Now it's reruns of Ghost Adventures and food shows. I am furious. The streaming networks should file complaints against you for doing this. You are causing them to offer an inferior product. We're paying for a package of channels and getting sub-par programming on these channels versus the same channels on Discovery Plus that you have to pay more for. Trvl Channel should have the same programming everywhere. Discovery is a really lousy outfit. Hope your scheme is a huge fail.

I have a dedicated WiFi just for inside my smart home and I can torrent a show of a few gigs in minutes. Why does the interface for discovery plus lag so much?!? If the show has more than a couple of seasons it takes forever to load and allow you to navigate. It took me 4 mins to get from s1 of ghost adventures to the current s24 because of slow loads. So it's not my connection/modem it's your interface compatibility FIX IT or lose a customer I have no trouble with Netflix or HBO max just discovery

It just blows my mind that Discovery+ provides NO customer service! That is just terrible!

I was getting the error message on my TV that I was not connected to the Internet even though I was connected to the Internet. I unplugged my TV and that error message went away but now I am getting Error Code: 0C-C009 and it says to "Please log in and try again". I've tried to do this but I can't find where to log in.There is no place to do it.

I went to your website and it says to remove the application so I removed it on my phone and re-installed it but I am still getting this same error message. I can watch discovery+ on my phone but I can't watch it on my TV and I do not want to watch it on my phone! I have no clue how to uninstall it on my TV and how to reinstall it or how to log in. Since you provide NO customer service I called my carrier AT&T V-verse for help and they can't even help me.

I don't know what to do. If you don't help me the only choice I have is to cancel my subscription since you provide NO customer service!

I just now (20:45 MSK on Sunday, April 18) watched a show called legendary Places in which you claimed that Castiche castle in today's Slovakia was once part of Transylvania. While it might have been a nice way to build up the story around a blood-thirsty countess: This is completely wrong! This area is not and never was part of Transylvania. At the time, in 1580 it was part of Hungary.

FYI: Most of Transylvania is part of Romania today.
