Ordered a baseball bat for our son on 18th, in-store to be shipped as they did not have the one we wanted, in stock. Was supposed to be delivered by 25th. Nothing. Talked to the customer care, was cited "remorse period" of 30 minutes after ordering, the order can neither be cancelled nor be refunded... WHAT? So basically, Dicks will neither deliver the product nor will refund the money. It's an expensive bat. Wants to keep the free money? No comunication about it too. Simple rule, either deliver the product per the agreed upon timeframe or refund the money. There aren't 2 ways about it. To top it all, my son had an important game on 26th, now he is bummed too, as it was his birthday present.
