So, I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Brooks Sporting. I got myself a pair of Ghost 13s a few months back, and already the mesh upper is shredded at the flex points of the toe-box. I mean, come on, I only use these shoes for running a road 5k once or twice a week, at best. I don't know what's going on with their quality control, but it's not good.

They kept insisting that I must have used the shoes for cycling (which, by the way, I don't even own a bike), and refused to admit that there might be an issue with their product. Me and my hubby went to Brooks Sporting yesterday, June 16th, 2019 at around 2pm to get two pairs of shoes. I was looking for another Ghost 11 wide D size 7 in a different color, which was an easy choice for me. However, the guy who was helping me was so apathetic, it was almost like he didn't care about his job. I tried to make some jokes about the color I wanted, but he just said "out of my control that we do not have it". I was disappointed that he didn't offer me any other options that were similar to the Ghost 11. So, I decided not to buy any shoes at all.

My husband, on the other hand, wanted to try the Brooks brand for the first time. The guy who was helping him didn't even measure his feet or check his stride. He was so short with his answers that I told my husband not to buy any shoes. But my husband really wanted to try the Brooks brand, so we ended up buying his pair of shoes.

To be honest, all the people who were trying on shoes were looking at each other because of the employee's attitude. He wasn't engaging with us, didn't offer any options, and brought out boxes with a terrible mood. It was disappointing to see that kind of behavior from an employee.
