Just got off a Delta flight from Atlanta, GA to Amsterdam and it was the most awful experience!
Although we'd bought window seats, when we got to the check in area they changed them without letting us know. Once on the airplane we asked the fight attendants to do something about it. They were dismissive, unsympathetic, unapologetic and very resistant to do anything about it! Lots of people around had the very same experience! No resolution for them either. The flight was packed full with stand by passengers - proof that Delta Airline is a greedy company that will mistreat their customers to accommodate their stand by passengers or any other party the company wishes to put above their paying customers.
Extremely disappointing!

Recommendation: DO NOT FLY WITH DELTA AIRLINE! YOU'LL BE DISAPPOINTED!
