Delta Air Lines review: Delta flight Delta gate agent in Myrtle Beach and Atlanta gate agents
Delta has definitely lost control of their gate agents and flight attendants. Rude and condescending. The male agent in Myrtle Beach on the Sky Priority check in line on Oct 12 at 12:00 pm did everything possible not to help me. Not even a good afternoon. My flight was delayed as usual with Delta. I had to change my connecting flight to a later flight because I would have missed my original scheduled flight. When the Diamondback medallion agent on the phone was changing my ticket for my connecting flight, she rebooked the entire itinerary which cancelled all my seats and upgrades and put me into stand by for seats that I already had booked. $1160 dollars to go from MYR to Jacksonville. The new connecting flight had engine problems. Which the pilot finally figured out after over an hour on the tarmac. Went back to the gate where we had to be to another gate B27. When we got to that gate they were short a flight attendant which now they had to get one from somewhere else. 12:00 am and still haven’t left Atlanta. I would like to thank Delta for an entire lost day of work.
Claimed loss: I paid $1160 dollars for this fight. I should be compensated. I lost my rental car as well.
Desired outcome: $1000 dollar credit as a start. Which I know will never happen. Time to start checking other
