DCBank Someone took the $10000 from my bank

I am single mom and I was sick and my brother passed away and I came back to my house after 3 months when I came my money is gone from my account and it’s almost ($10,000.00) snd dc bank didn’t help me with anything and it’s a i person who took my money from my account and dc bank told me it’s under investigation and it’s will take up to 120 snd they will let me know and they give me $1100 and she said rest is still under investigation when they know they will call me and I ask her how you guys only giving me a $1100 where my $9000 and how you can’t take these from them if it’s only one site took the mouch snd after 5 months they told me surrey we can’t do anything and you can call the cops and do the investigations after 5 months they told sorry and nothing and the money was my kid’s child benefit and it’s gone and my landlord kicked me out from the house because I can’t pay the rent and I’m on the road snd ds bsnk is a fraud because they took the money back what didn’t give it to me and keep the money for there self and how this will happen if they can take the $1100 back not the rest because they took the money same time snd it’s was in one day $5000 and one day $6000 and how it’s only get back 1100 not the $10,000.00

And I will tske this to the court and everywhere because I’m on the road and they didn’t help me snd tske my $9,000.00 and give me $1100.00 only from the $10,000.00

DCBank DCBank's customer service is absolutely terrible

DCBank's customer service is absolutely terrible. I feel like they don't even care about me as a customer. I recently sent them a fax regarding a charge-back, but they are insisting that they never received it. It's so frustrating because I have a receipt from the fax machine and even witnesses who can vouch for me. But they just won't listen or bother to investigate the issue. It's like they're calling me a liar. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because I have to in order to write this review.

DCBank DCBank held onto my funds (from a tax refund) without notifying me about any issues they had with sending the payment to my original bank, which

DCBank held onto my funds (from a tax refund) without notifying me about any issues they had with sending the payment to my original bank, which is now closed. They have also been withholding any tax returns and payments issued since I first used *** who strongly encourages and pressures you to use their services. I only used *** services once in 2016. DCBank claims that I signed an agreement agreeing to an annual fee for using some kind of "Advantage" card, but I never received this card. When I asked them to provide evidence of this "agreement," they said they would find it, but later told me to redirect my complaint to ***. They have refused to address a charge that DCBank imposed and are trying to redirect me to another entity that is unrelated to the main issue that they should have resolved. DCBank never informed me that they would charge this fee when they initially promised to refund me. They took it upon themselves to deduct it without my consent. I also requested that they show me in clear writing where this "agreement" states that they will charge an annual fee, but they failed to provide that as well.
