Every time I call the bank on Como, I'm put on hold for 20 to 40 minutes!

I bought a giftcard from Sunrise Banks Visa. $500 got stolen and spent all over the country. I didn't get much help.

I had a really bad experience at Sunrise Banks. The way they treated me, being a black person, was totally unfair. The bankers and managers were really rude and didn't provide good customer service at all. It's clear that their branch mission statement doesn't match up with how they actually operate. I definitely won't be going back to this terrible place.

Sunrise Banks is like, super old-fashioned, man. They make you send in paper checks for your mortgage payments. I mean, seriously? Who even uses paper checks anymore? It's been ages since I've had to do that. They really need to get with the times and let us make our payments online. It's like they're stuck in the 19th century or something. I just don't get it, dude.

I'm a business customer and I have to say, Sunrise Banks is not really a business bank or service. Their "credit card" is not even validated and gets rejected by big names like Amazon, AWS, Box, Slack, and others. It's a real hassle when I try to use the card (which rarely happens because it's clearly not successful) and they just reject it if I'm buying something from a vendor outside the United States. And don't even get me started on their customer service, or lack thereof. It's like they don't even care about supporting businesses. My customer service rep is alright, I guess. She just sighs and tells me she understands my frustration, but they've heard these complaints before. It's just not right. They claim to be a business bank, but they're really just a community bank for deposits and personal checking accounts. I chose them because they're a B CORP, but I should have been more careful. So, be warned!

from Sunrise Banks. It has been a complete nightmare. I have called their customer service multiple times and each time I get a different answer. They keep telling me that my application is being processed, but it has been over three months now and still no card. I am extremely frustrated with their lack of communication and inability to provide a simple ATM card. I have even visited their branch in person, but they were unable to help me and just told me to wait. This is unacceptable. I need my ATM card for everyday transactions and it is causing a lot of inconvenience for me. I would not recommend Sunrise Banks to anyone based on my experience.

I bought 2 $25 VISA debit gift cards from Amazon for gifts. Both got declined and no one to talk to. I usually buy these as gifts and never had a problem, but now I'm out around $60 that I can't afford. I wrote a letter to the place they said to write for issues. I included copies of my receipts and the front and back of the 2 visas that don't work.

I got the card from Home Depot in Rutland VT. I used it to buy a $60 yearly Sirius contract. But now they won't stop calling and sending me bills saying I owe them $77 (the 60 plus tax). I told them that the person on the phone used my card for the payment. But they keep saying that my card didn't work. Can you please check if my card was charged for the purchase and let me know how much money I have left? Thanks.

I got $183 dollars back 'cause of COVID19 cancel on my gift card from this bank. They got my money on hold and won't give it back to me. I made a case *** and gave 'em my first and last name, proof of return, and proof of buyin'. They keep sendin' me an email sayin' they need proof of buyin', but I already emailed 'em the original receipt from Ticketmaster/LiveNation. It shows I bought it on Tuesday Feb 4th at 12:50 pm and even shows the last four digits of the gift card number 2696 I used. I dunno what else they want, but I gave 'em all the info they need, which honestly is more than enough for a simple refund. If Ticketmaster decided to give me MY money back, then give me back the funds too. The refund receipt alone should be more than enough, but I gave 'em proof of buyin'. Just give me MY money back.
