No money received at heartland atm machine

hello my name is jon hamm and i am a card holder of your bank, i tried calling moneynetwork by phone, i am hard of hearing and rather do an email my complaint is ... i went to a heartland bank atm machine on prospect ave in champaign illinois terminal number-p200359 on the date of 12/04/2015. i went through the whole process of withdrawling 200.00 dollars ofrom my card everything went good till it said take your cash, well no cash was dispensed and still took it off my card i went to heartland bank and they said i needed to call customer service on my moneynetwork card ..i did i could not understand what this operator was saying he went to fast and i couldnt hear well...i want to know how to take care of this ordeal i am out of 200.00 that i worked hard for and it seems noone can help i wa t this resolved its causing many many problems and my attitude isnt nice...they basically stole my money ..how can i get this takin care of ..i am very very upset here i have the reciept of the transaction ..HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK? that i never recieved please contact me at [protected]@gmail.com this is terrible never happened before please contact me by this email this is very important i mean i missed paying rent now landlords on my case please help me with this thank you
