It was advertised as nonsmoking room and upon entry the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. I have lung problems and could not tolerate it. I want a full refund.

When that happens, you IMMEDIATELY return to the front desk to complain. Otherwise, you risk being accused of being the smoker and being charged a $250 cleaning fee.
