Me and wife were timeshare owners for over 10 yrs. The last meeting we attended we were highly disappointed and misrepresented into making a new purchase. After trying to cancle many times with the timeshare developers we gotton a call out of nowhere from someone at Resort Victory. We were very skeptical to speak with anywhere after being taking advantage of by the sales person at the timeshare meeting. Make a long story short Resort Victory was able to get us out of our $93k loan with the timeshare. Thank you for Resort Victory and the staff.

This company must've been sent from God. Me and my husband went to a timeshare meeting in Orlando at a resort that we were staying in; the person that was interviewing us said it will be only a 30 min meeting and we can leave with our free $100 gift card. After we denied the offer 4 times, they gave us paperwork to sign so we can leave with our gift card. So, 2 months had past we received a letter in the mail stating we owed $10,000 on a credit card so we contacted the credit card company to see where this was from and come to find out it was from Wyndham. We contacted Wyndham to see why we owed on a credit card they told us we made a purchase for $65,000 after telling them we never made a purchase, and we just sign paperwork to leave out the meeting. The person on the phone told us it was nothing they can do to help because we signed off on the paperwork. Resort Victory had left of many voicemails, and we did not want to answer the phone. So, one day we answered the phone to see why they were calling. After speaking to Resort Victory, they were very helpful in helping us get out of a ownership we never sign up on our own but was lied to into signing at the meeting. We are 100% grateful we finally decided to answer the phone when Resort Victory contacted us again.
