Days Inn review: charging an extra 150.00 plus tax to my card without permission

Your Feedback : This was undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had at a days inn or a Wyndham hotel. When we arrived the refrigerator didn't work and the desk clerks husband ( who by the way isn't even an employee) changed it out for a much smaller one that smelled musty. The room was unacceptable and had dangerous things such as live electrical wires covered with masking tape, heat ducts in the bathroom uncovered and the heat lamp in the bathroom has bare wires and unfinished so you can have a gaping hole all the way around it, that I have photo's of, but the main reason I've contacted you, is the accusation that we smoked in the room and charged my credit card 150.00. This is unacceptable. I argued with them over and over. We absolutely positively did not smoke in that room. I don't smoke and never have. They made a claim against me that was untrue and I believe it was a scam, since another review said the exact same thing. I cannot afford to lose 150.00. I'm devastated
