Reservations were made a week in advance for one night stay. They were told we would be traveling with our pet. Money was taken out of our bank account. We decided to stay an extra night. Again the hotel was called for an additional night. When we arrived the room my husband requested would not be ready until the next day, so we took another room for the night. No problem with our pet. Next day we moved into the room requested. Floor was wet in bathroom. After a shower the floor was covered with water from the shower. Our pet was never out of our site. I walked her often. After we checkout and arrived home I checked our bank account and found the hotel had charged us for the one night that we called for reservations plus pet fee $109.79. Also $213.00 for two night stay plus $15.00 pet fee. Plus $250.00, because they said our pet wet on the floor. That is a bald face lie! As of today they have made no attempt to refund for over payment for our stay. We have traveled many places and stayed in a number of hotels/motels with our pet and have never had her accused of messing in a room. Anything you can do to help would be most appreciated.
