On December 13, 2023 I went into my local post office to get two money orders. One for $50, the other for $250. This is a monthly expense I have so I have gotten several money orders from the post office with the day force wallet card. So I loaded the money on to my card (the post office has a $2 service fee for money orders) so I first did $252 loaded and when I put my card in their machine, it declined the transaction so I looked in the app and the $252 was deducted from my account. They worker at the post office said to try it again so I tried with the $50 money order and it did the same thing. It declined the transaction But the money was still taken out of my account. They instructed me to call my bank so I did right after I left the building. I filled a dispute for both chargers. About two weeks later I get two letters in the mail saying the amount for $52 got approved and was applied back into my account, but the second amount for $252 was not. So I called into day force customer service again and they said I needed to contact the post office. So I did and they said that they could not help me and that was a matter my bank needed to handle since the money was taken but I never received the product I went in there for. So I have filled a dispute for this charge about 4 times now and each time it gets denied because they said “we are not responsible for the quality of goods or services” which has nothing to do with the disputed transaction since it was a money order I needed to pay a bill, that I never received. Now, in the last week they have since taken back the $52 dispute they originally gave back to me. I have been on the phone with them for months now just trying to my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional how they handle dispute charges for something I never received. I would also like to add that because I could not get the money orders in December I had to borrow money from family to pay this bill because I didn’t want to risk using the day force wallet again and loose even more money. I just want my $304 back and I am never using this terrible bank again.

Claimed loss: $304

Desired outcome: I want my money back. That’s it. I’d appreciate some help with this, I have been trying to get my money back for over 2 months now.

The same thing happened to me for a Money Order valued at 1002.00.. The funny thing about it was I has to file a claim and I won my dispute but for the next few months they went in and out my account taking the 1002.00 back and credited again.. Now Im going through it again for a different transaction..smh
