Doesn’t work
Don’t waste your time. The money you transfer takes forever to get onto the card. It says it’s transferred and then you get card declined when you need to use it. Just get a normal checking account this is a waste of your time.
What’s the point
I don’t see what’s in the point in this card. When money is never available. I have hundreds of dollars in gross pay and pay reserve is less than what I earned. So why only 21 cent available to cash out. Smh! There’s no need for this app.

Wow lol. To anyone that pulls out cash to pay rent I suggest you go somewhere else. This company limits your withdrawal limit to 400. They won’t let you pull your own money out. Which is absolutely crazy. Go with another card. A real bank…
The Worst
Buggy app, I’m sorry devs but I can’t even get into your app. Making an account gave me a headache. Every code sent to my email and telephone number for account creation gave me an error code “unknown” “incorrect number” I tried it multiple times.

I couldn’t even make a account. It would say my password doesn’t meet the requirements even though it did and it’s would say I need 0 something (I can’t remember what the word was) if I’m missing 0 then I’m not missing anything. Waste of time to download
Not working
App doesn't load right. Wont let me add pay no matter how many times i refresh it. Nothing but a blank screen that says “cant retrieve pay info”. had to put back purchases too many times due to not being able to load card. Day force needs to fix or update their system.

my company’s final revenge on me for getting a better job was to give me my final check on this card. which you can only use if you download the app, enter a security code, then another, then more. and now my money isn’t available? i will be deleting as soon as i can transfer it to my bank account. give me my money!

As someone who’s been using dayforce and dayforce wallet for a few months the dayforce wallet app is so horrible nothing will load at all.

Error message
When I open the app it keeps saying “We’ve encountered an unexpected error”. It also gives multiple error codes. It shows how much money is available, but won’t allow to “Add pay to card”.

Terrible
It’s so glitchy and I’m unable to change my pin. It never asked me to set up a pin and I am unable to use the car I was sent. I don’t have access to my check and the money I earned. Incredibly frustrating and the customer support was no help.

Password creation
Each time I try to put in my password while creating an account I keep getting the same message “your password needs to: contain no more than 0 consecutive characters that are the same” and now I’m stuck cause I’m not sure what to do about it and I can’t create an account!

Hi Justin. It sounds like your password has repeating characters in it. e.g. "password" has 'ss'. Can you create a different password without any repeating characters?

I have had a dayforce wallet account for right at 3 years. I've never, not 1 time, had any issues. Got paid on Friday and my pay would usually be 2 days early. If I needed funds earlier all I had to do is put in how much and there it was. Dayforce wallet no business should be without it 😁
Have been on hold trying to get a hold of someone to unlock my account and we are going on 45 mins now and still haven't talked to anyone. Gotta be one of the worst companies I've had to deal with when it comes to their customer support.
I had lost my card on October 2. I called Dayforce wallet to see about issuing me a new card. On the 25th and still no card. No digital wallet. No anything. A whole month later
I had a replacement March 15 and today April 12th no card. This also is a replacement because they wouldn't listen when I said I didn't reach a daily limit my card kept telling me finally after 2 months of nothing fixing this, they suggested a new card

Ih also I have had 4 separate tickets in and nothing had been resolved, but I would emails from a system stating this ticket has been resolved and closed
I added money to my account then it just disappeared everything went down when they changed banks. I’m upset I need my money. The transaction happened on 10/6/23 I tried to add money and then it disappeared
Servers won't even order a card and had to call multiple times just to get access to my account that I had the password for and refused all verification codes.
Where is my 40 dollars at...it's mine and I want it back...for the users on here using dayforce...from here on out link this pos card to cashapp only...and transfer funds out that way...cashapp moves faster then dayforce ..
I attempted to make a transfer tonight, it was declined and my money is still missing. I need this money for a bill and I’ve been on hold for literal hours, and there is no other way to resolve this issue than to wait on hold. This card was fine before, now it’s a mess.
Had multiple issues with online purchases with card customer service always have a excuse. It's always different and they don't seem to know there own policies.
