Not a real bank
You may be fooled by their promotions; Current market themselves as a "real" bank though initially they started as a teen bank. After my own experience with them I found out they are anything but. Their phone number isnt even live everyday of the week and is frequently off. After a recent deposit was attempted I found out my only recourse in contacting support was to "email" them via the company's app. Even if this was for your teen try one of the Bevy of other options. This fake Bank is definitely not worth your time nor your funds. Not worth the $10 promo they offer to bait you to open an account.
