Daraz.pk review: 15 month old bike given by daraz.

I booked Honda 70CC from Karachi in Month of 22 Oct 2019, Bike policy of Daraz is self pick up, we went to Korangi Godown of Daraz and receive bike it was new.
Then its Daraz's regiter self basis, when I went to excise office for register bike, the excise person check Chassis Number in their record and told me the bike was manufactured on July 2018 (15 Month Old). Because of old bike I have to paid 3200 penalty apart of 4500 registration fee.
