I ordered 3 items on January 30th, 2023 but I didn't received my orders. The status said ship and delivered but they didn't deliver to me. I emailed the company several times but they ignored my emails and phone calls. I used all of their contact information but no reply.

The orders that I placed cost me $171.27 . This is a lot of money , I work very hard for my money for a company to come and walk away with my hard working money like this. This is the worst experience I ever had with a company.

I sent countless emails but no reply. I can tell that they are ignoring me intentionally. Because I ordered from them before and my experience was totally different.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with TBdress. I mean, I took a chance and ordered an outfit for my daughter's wedding back in March. They said it would arrive by April 10, so I figured that was plenty of time. But guess what? It didn't show up until April 19 - a whole nine days later! And wouldn't you know it, that was the day after I left for a much-needed vacation.

When I got back, I was excited to try on my new outfit. But when I did, I was super bummed to find out that it was way too small. I mean, I ordered the size I always wear, but this thing was like a size 0 or something. Even my mom, who's three sizes smaller than me, couldn't fit into it! So I contacted TBdress to see if I could return it or exchange it for a bigger size.

But nope. They told me it was one day past the refund date (which was only seven days, by the way), so they wouldn't do anything for me. I tried to explain that the only reason I missed the deadline was because their shipping was so slow, but they didn't want to hear it. They were super unhelpful and basically told me tough luck.

So now I'm stuck with this crappy outfit that nobody can wear. And let me tell you, I'm not happy about it. I really wish I had shopped somewhere else that was more reliable and actually stood behind their products. Lesson learned, I guess.

This company is a total scam! They lure you in with beautiful pictures of dresses and then send you a completely different and low-quality product. I recently ordered a wedding dress from TBdress and was extremely disappointed with what I received. I paid extra to have the waist taken in from a standard size 4 and ordered the dress in a champagne color. However, what I got was a dress that looked like it was shaped like a potato and was orange in color! The lace was completely different from what was shown in the photo and most of the sequins and pearls were falling off. The fabric felt like plastic and was of very poor quality.

In short, the dress they sent me was not the one they advertised on their website. When I contacted their customer service team and sent them the photos they requested, they said they didn't see any problem with the dress. They claimed that they had made it to the size I had asked for, even though I had shown them with a measuring tape that they had not. I had proof of what I had ordered, but they refused to acknowledge it. They also said that the belt and pearls were the correct color, but didn't address the fact that the dress was orange, not champagne! The belt was also not the same as the one shown in their photo online.

Their customer service representative, "Devine", responded to my emails quickly, but only offered me a $45 discount on the dress which cost me $183. This was not acceptable, given the poor quality of the dress and the fact that it was not what I had ordered. I also ordered a belt in the same order, which they claimed had shipped before the dress, but it has yet to arrive.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from TBdress to think twice. They are a dishonest company that uses bait and switch tactics to deceive their customers. The photos of the white dress on their website are not what you will receive. Instead, you will get a low-quality, poorly made dress that is nothing like what you ordered. Save yourself the trouble and avoid TBdress at all costs!

The quality was terrible and it didn't even fit me properly, despite me paying extra for a custom size. I was really disappointed and wanted to return it for a full refund.

However, TBdress was not very helpful and kept insisting that the dress was the same as the one in the photo. I knew this wasn't true, so I decided to go through PayPal to try and get my money back. I provided photo evidence to show that the dress was significantly different from what was advertised and thankfully, PayPal agreed with me.

TBdress offered me an $80 refund, but I declined as I wanted the full amount back. PayPal made them provide their address so I could return the dress, but they were withholding it at first. I had to spend $50 to ship it back to China with tracking, but I was willing to do that in order to get my money back.

It took three months in total to get any money back and I also had to pay $25 for import fees. It was a frustrating experience, but I'm glad I was able to get my money back in the end. I also found out that the same photo of the dress was being used by another online retailer called Victoria's Queen, so I won't be buying from them either.

Overall, I would say that TBdress is not a reliable website to buy from. If you do decide to purchase something from them, make sure you go through PayPal so you have some protection. It's a lesson I won't be forgetting anytime soon!

So, I wanted to get a bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding and she suggested that I check out TBdress. I thought it was a good idea since she said that it was the perfect place to get dresses for bridesmaids. However, my experience with TBdress was a complete NIGHTMARE! The dress that I received was far too big around the waist and bust, even though I had it measured by a seamstress as per the company's requirements. On the other hand, the sleeves were far too small. The dress was also made poorly with cheap zippers and unraveling seams. I was really disappointed with the quality of the dress.

I thought that ordering online would be like any other item you order on the internet, but it was not. TBdress takes a picture from another company, copies it, and then tries to have a seamstress recreate it. Although the seamstress made the dress alright, it was still very poorly made. I am now questioning whether this is a legit site with legal workers working for them. I am really disappointed with the quality of the dress and the service that I received from TBdress.

When I tried to send the dress back for a refund, they talked all around the subject of return but that they could fix it if I sent it back. They would not be paying the return shipping, and then they would send it back to me with another cost. I told them that I wanted to just get a refund, but I have been trying to get my money back for 3 months now. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with TBdress. I purchased a pair of nude wedges on August 3rd for a wedding on August 22nd. The website stated that the product would ship in 3-7 days, but it didn't ship out until the 12th, which is 9 days later. I didn't receive the product until August 26th, which is almost a month after I placed my order.

When I finally received the shoes, I was disappointed to find out that they were too small. I ordered a size 7 1/2 so I could put my inserts in, but my toes were crammed and I had to curl them to get the shoe on. It's more like a full size lower than what I ordered. The shoe has an ankle strap with a bow, but it's on the inside of the leg instead of the outside, which looks weird.

When I contacted customer service, I had the worst experience. The representative told me that it's not their problem that it took almost a month to receive the product and that if the size is wrong, it's my fault. They didn't take responsibility for making a faulty product or that the shoe runs too small. The representative argued with me through several emails about the amount of time it took, the inferiority, and the wrong size. They didn't take any responsibility for their mistakes.

If I want to return the product, I have to pay for shipping. If I want to exchange it, I still have to pay for shipping. If I decide to keep the product, they will only refund me $8 out of over $40 for these useless shoes.

Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with TBdress. The product was inferior, the size was wrong, and the customer service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I gotta tell ya, folks, I had a real bad experience with TBDress. I ordered this fancy-schmancy tulle wedding jacket with long sleeves not once, but twice, and both times it never showed up! Can you believe it? And get this, I even paid extra for speedy shipping the second time around and it's still "preparing" in February 2022. What a joke!

So, I tried to reach out to them on their messenger thingy to see if they could help me out, but all I got was a bunch of back-and-forth that didn't go anywhere. And get this, their tracking site is all in Chinese and I only speak English, which I told them over and over again. But did they care? Nope! They just kept wasting my time with their useless chatter.

And get this, they even assured me that my order would arrive on time, but it never did. And when I tried to get a refund, they were nowhere to be found. It's like they took my money and ran off with it! What a bunch of crooks.

So, I recently got my hands on a dress from TBdress website and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. The package arrived in a simple plastic bag with no shipping protections whatsoever. When I opened it, I was shocked to see a bunch of yellow glass stones loose in the bag, and many of them had fallen off the dress. I mean, seriously? How can they even think of shipping a dress like that?

Anyway, I tried the dress on and to my dismay, the yellow glass stones kept falling off to the floor. The dress was nothing like the quality described on their website, and the picture didn't even show the "yellow glass stones stuck on the dress". I mean, come on, how can they be so deceptive?

To make matters worse, I can't even wear the dress because you can clearly see where the yellow glass stones are missing. And to top it all off, the dress continues to lose yellow glass stones with every step I take while wearing it. I am beyond disappointed with the sub-standard quality of the dress and I demand a full refund.

I have already asked for a refund for the damaged dress I received and provided TBdress with all the details and pictures. I have also made it clear that they need to be responsible for the pick-up of the dress if they require it returned. I mean, why should I bear the cost of shipping the dress back to them when it was falsely advertised on their website and shipped in a damaged condition?

The photos on their website make the dresses look like designer dresses, but in reality, they are just cheap, low-quality garbage. And to add insult to injury, TBdress wants me to return the dress back to them at my cost so I can receive a partial refund. Are they kidding me?

In conclusion, I would advise everyone to stay away from TBdress website. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers who sell low-quality products and then refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. Save your money and buy from a reputable website instead.

I recently purchased a dress and a beanie from TBDress on November 17th. Unfortunately, my order arrived a week before Christmas, which was later than I expected. When I opened the package, I was disappointed to see that the dress did not look like the online image. The fabric was cheap and the breast cups were sewn too high up the bodice, covering my collar bone instead of my breasts. I immediately requested a return the day after it arrived.

Returning the dress was a real hassle. First, they asked me to take photos of the faulty dress. Then, they offered me $25 to keep the dress and said that it was too expensive for them to take a return. I was frustrated because their return policy is BS and they wanted to charge me a restocking fee on a faulty dress. I declined to pay it and advised them that the dress was not wearable. I sent them photos of the faulty sewn dress, but they gave me the run-around.

I had to get PayPal involved to return the dress, and I followed their instructions. However, my return is currently stuck in customs in China for some reason. I will update this review on the outcome, but my recommendation is not to order anything from this retailer unless you are a seamstress or prepared to pay a tailor to make corrections. Oh, and the beanie? The top of the hat is open, and it is essentially a sleeve. It's not very useful in the winter time, and I was disappointed. I kept it because it's easy to sew it closed, but really, do you want to buy items that you must repair before you can even wear them? So, I ordered this dress from TBdress and when it arrived, it didn't fit me right. I was pretty bummed out about it, so I tried to contact the company to see if I could return it. After a little while, I finally got a response from them.

The email was from someone named Lynette and it was pretty long. She said that they were sorry about the quality of the dress and that they were going to try to improve it. But then she said that they could offer me a discount of $35 if I kept the dress.

I wasn't sure what to do, so I kept reading. Lynette said that I could donate the dress to someone else or sell it to someone if I didn't want it. Or, I could keep it and place a new order with them and they would give me a discount of 20%.

But if I wanted to return it for a refund, they would have to deduct the labor fee and the material cost of the dress. So, I would only get a refund of $70, which is part of the item price of $177.84. They don't have any stock of the dress, so they can't just send me a new one.

Lynette also said that they wouldn't refund me the shipping fee of $34.81 because that was charged by the shipping company, not them. And she said that returning the dress would be expensive because of the shipping fee.

Honestly, I was a little confused by all of this. But Lynette said that if I needed the refund urgently, it would take about a month for me to receive it because they have to wait until they receive the dress back from me.

So, I'm not really sure what to do. I don't want to keep the dress if it doesn't fit me, but I also don't want to pay a lot of money to return it. I wish TBdress had a clearer return policy.

Today the package was supposed to have been delivered to In/At Mailbox. There is no package. I have sent an email to them requesting to know where my order is at.

I purchased a item from this website June 7, 2023 in the amount of $61.99. By September I still hadn't received order. September 13, 2022 I sent an email I inquiring about the estimated delivery time.

I was told the item was no longer in stock. They offered to give me 20% off if I ordered something else in its place. I declined and asked for a refund. I was told I would receive refund in 5-15 days. I still have not received refund. I have emailed them twice since then with no response.

I ordered a Western Style coat in January of 2022. Still have not received in July of 2022. Customer service is a joke. They are based out of China. Order still pending. I just want my coat or refund.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's graduation party and was charged but have still not received an email confirmation. This was more than 3 weeks, and still nothing. Don't buy from then. They are ckearly scammers.
