I have made online service charges payment to one of my property , The amount was deducted from my account but unfortunately the payment didn't allocateed to my unite service charges account , Therefore I called Damac call center 9:46 AM 19th December, 2023 seeking for help on but unfortunately the agent who answered my call was having very provocative personality and he was externally uncooperative and provocative his name is Mr. Vekram Deparcha he hasn't shown any interest to help me or even to cooperates with me but instead he asked me login to Damac website and send any proof of payment which I have during my payment, Then when I asked him why can't you take the matter from your end and escalated to concerned department he said I can't. I asked him to transfer my call to another colleague he refused, I asked him to speak to call center Manager he said not available. I'm really gone through very bad customer service experience with this call center agent, Therefore I decided to escalate the matter in order to take the necessary action at your end .
