Lead Generation
These leads go nowhere. After speaking with my sales rep, Chuck, he assured me that the leads would fit my criteria. My leads did not fit my criteria, some of the leads were from areas that I did not sign up for. Most importantly, the leads either did not make enough money to purchase homes in the areas that I work in, or their max price was too low for any homes. After wasting hours and hours calling, texting, and emailing these leads I was only able to connect to one lead, which it turned out she'd already purchased a house a year ago. After 4 calls and 3 texts, they informed me that I could cancel my account but not get my money back, which was about $750.00. Stay away from this company.

lead generation
I was told that this was a free app and offering free leads. I downloaded the app and was redirected for a free trial, entered my credit card information and was going to cancel it if it didn't work. Well it wasn't free, they immediately charged my $199 and when I noticed the charge within a week on my credit card, and asked to cancel the account and refund me, they wouldn't do it. Now I am disputing the charge with my business credit card company.
They don't issue refunds. The leads were absolutely worthless. I have been in lead gen and lead capture for years, and in real estate for a decade. Don't waste your time with this app. You're better off using facebook advertising for $200/month.
this company is a scam
Don't waste your time. I was convinced to give it a try by Mike. Offered 15 days free and the next month for $249. I said ok I'll give it a shot for one month. Seven days later I emailed Mike asking for him to call me, I wanted to know how to use the site. No return emails or phone call. Ok, its a scam and I'am out $249. Well the next month I' am billed another $249. Now I' am pissed. I reach out to Mike by email telling him I never use your service because of no return email and I want my money back. I told Mike I'll call my bank which I did and dispute the charges. Oh, now he states the cancelation policy, you are on a automatically renewal each month. That's not what I agreed to. Stay away from this company. I should have checked on line before I said yes for trying them out. There is nothing good about the.
they didn't provide orders and after refused to refund
I have bad experience with the company www.qazzoo.com. I hoped to get leads from them, but they company scammed me for $200 and delivered nothing. After this situation I went to the website and cancelled the order, but it was already late. Because the company didn’t reply to my questions and didn’t confirm that they would return money back. Scam. So, stay away from this company.
Our company has a policy in place for incorrect information where we allow an exchange of a lead with missing or incorrect information for another. You simply flag the lead and we replace it as long as it meets the criteria. We ask for a professional courtesy of 48 hour notice of cancellation, however if you call in the same day you are to renew we can often help you, or at the least void the charge. We always try to do best by our customers but its possible we fell short, please email us at CS@qazzoo.com or call the 1800 number on the receipt you received when signing up and we can discuss the situation further and find a solution.
Is Qazzoo Legit?
Qazzoo earns a trustworthiness rating of 91%
Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.
We found clear and detailed contact information for Qazzoo. The company provides a physical address, phone number, and 2 emails, as well as 3 social media accounts. This demonstrates a commitment to customer service and transparency, which is a positive sign for building trust with customers.
The age of Qazzoo's domain suggests that they have had sufficient time to establish a reputation as a reliable source of information and services. This can provide reassurance to potential customers seeking quality products or services.
Qazzoo.com has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.
Several positive reviews for Qazzoo have been found on various review sites. While this may be a good sign, it is important to approach these reviews with caution and consider the possibility of fake or biased reviews.
However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- While Qazzoo has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 16% of 6 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
- Website's registrar is popular among scammers, it means that a significant number of scammers have used that registrar to register domain names for their fraudulent websites. This can indicate that the registrar has lax verification processes, making it easier for scammers to register domains without providing accurate information.
- Qazzoo protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
bogus leads
Advertises leads from people looking to buy a house in certain areas. You get to pick 2 leads per day for $100 per month. However, almost 50% of the leads I received either were from people NOT looking to buy a house and had no idea how their name and phone number got into the system, or had invalid phone numbers or no such person at that number. I will say that Qazzoo's return policy on leads is for the most part fair. They accepted 95% of my returns and replaced them with new leads, but when every other lead is not real, it becomes very time consuming trying to reach the people, and certainly not worth the $100
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
very frustrated
I've paid for full access at Quazoo but I have suspicion that all the info you get from them is either fake or completely incorrect. All the leads I've got from them turned out to be completely useless... Don't waste your time and find another service that will help you.I hope you will listen to me.
I TRIED TO CANCEL THEIR CRAPPY FAKE LEAD SERVICE AND THE MANAGER SHAWANA WILLIAMS REFUSED TO LET ME. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM COMPANY OUT THERE AND THEY PREY ON REALTORS WANTING LEADS. THE LEADS ARE OLD & USELESS. THE FEW ACTUAL PEOPLE I SPOKE WITH CLAIM THEY NEVER FILLED OUT FORM AND THEY WERE ALL UNQUALIFIED LEADS. I GOT SCREWED $150 SET UP AND $299 FOR ONE MONTH OF RECYCLED NAMES. NOT ONE WAS ANY GOOD OR A VALID LEAD. NUMBERS AND EMAILS WERE PHONY. WORST LEAD GENERATION COMPANY OUT THERE. IF SOMEONE NAME JENNIFER CALLS YOU WITH HER FAKE SWEET VOICE, HANG UP AND DO NOT GET DUPED LIKE I DID. LIARS LIARS IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT THIS COMPANY IS.
This is the worst lead service I have ever used. Not one lead from the leads they sent. Either a number that is not in service or mailbox is full or a confused person. This has been insulting! Scammers!
DON'T DO IT! They are the absolute WORST lead generation company I have EVER delt with! They are all liars! After receiving COUNTLESS...I MEAN COUNTLESS...LESS THAN USELESS LEADS, they promised me a refund...I never got it...then I had to file a dispute with my credit card...which (after over TWO months) they just reversed! THIS IS THE BIGGEST GROUP OF SCAM ARTIST LIARS I HAVE WORKED WITH IN MY 5 YEARS IN BUSINESS! DON'T DO IT!
I too fell for this scam. $400 and when I cancelled prior to the 30 days I was told I have VIP status which meant they were going to charge me $299 each month until the 90 days is up. Called my bank, cancelled my card and will call today to have it disputed. I'm a mortgage rep not a realtor and they told me these were great leads for me. Needless to say not one of the over 50 I paid for has even called or emailed me back. Yeah they give you new leads if you have a dud, but they are all tire kickers, clicking around curious as to what they can buy. Total SCAM.
I got suckered into this Qazzoo Scam. The "leads" they provided, if you could call them that were fabricated from cloned facebook pages. After calling them out and requested my money back they said no refund. I have made it my goal to run my big fat mouth enough so no one else gets caught up with this "business" and their FAKE "leads"
total scam my lists came up blank. Initially thy were searches outside my area in the ghetto where no one with any sense would even drive. . when I complained that this was not the area we agreed upon the searches came up blank
I get blank search results all together TOTAL RIPOFF.
Every lead is not real. Don't waste your time or money.
I called a lot of people. Did not close one. 😡
I also used this service and found that the leads are dead ends and not usable. Every lead I got which was about 40 until I cancelled were duds!
I am not having a problem, it is a numbers game. Have you made 100 phone calls yet? Get 2 out of 100 and you have paid your fees for about 3 years! I just made 2 calls and got two legitimate prospects!
www.gavin, realtor
I was told that I would receive 3 email within the next 15 mins. That was at 10:34 am 9/4/15 at 3:09 pm I called my bank. I called the number that they contacted me from and there was no answer and the message was not business like at all. I then called the 800 number, no answer and again it was not like a legitimate business. It is now 3:56 pm and still no email. Needless to say I am waiting on my bank to reverse the charge.
Don't do it!
