He happens to be my client who defaulted to pay his installments of his units due to some problems he uncounted back in his home country which prevented him from transferring money from his home country. He is now eligible to make the transfer of funds and would like to come and make payments as per the payment plans of specific units. I would like to know the process he is expected to go through in getting his units back.
