I visited this bbq's this afternoon and purchased two super texas size virgin coladas. When I got home I realized the coladas had alcohol in them. When I reached out to the restaurant to tell of the error. I was placed on hold twice adding up to 20 mins. Finally the manager came on and we agreed if I would come back to the restaurant he would not only replace the coladas but would add an extra colada for my troubles. But would you believe that when I arrived at the restaurant this same manager told me that the colada machine was not working anymore. I asked him why didn't you tell me this when I spoke to you over the phone he said he didn't know. He wanted to give me credit but after walking back to the restaurant that was not acceptable. I wanted my money retuned to my card. Maybe I would have accepted the credit if at some point someone would have apologized for this error. For the wrong order also for having me on hold for 20 minutes. During this pandemic restaurants are always asking for patrons and that's fine and well but at the same time when I send my hard earned money I would like a bit of professionalism. Take ownership for your mistake.
