I am a regular customer both in the restaurant and delivery. They just made a delivery to me in which they did not include everything that I ordered. When I called the restaurant they told me they did not haves someone available to deliver the missing items and it would be too much of a hassle for them to recharge my credit card the correct amount! Really? What makes them think that I would ever want to order from them again if this is how they treat a good customer? They gained $10 but lost a regular customer.
