I ordered an Apple refurb laptop. Used Affirm to make payments.

They sent me confirmation of my order and a tracking number.

Order No. #2181185

Fedex Tracking #[protected] shows it was sent to Port St. Lucie, Florida and is awaiting ETA. It was refused.

I live in Carmichael, CA.

This is the writing on the wall for me. I want to cancel my order.

I sent them 5 emails in the last 3 days and I have not received a response.

Affirm is the company to which I will be making payments starting January 22, 2024.

I want to cancel this order before I am stuck with it. In the meantime, FedEx reflects the following:

They fill your inbox with advertisements on a daily basis. But no one has responded to the last 6 emails in the last 3 days. Their topnotch service is a bunch of [censored]. Sad that this is has become the standard for internet companies. Hopefully they get what they got coming to them soon... before they scam many..

Getting spammed with all your "daily deals" and being asked in those emails: "Hi Jesse!

Claimed loss: Loss of time while I am attempting to reach their "top notch service" that is "standing by". Phone number <span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[protected]</span> is a joke.

Desired outcome: Give me my money back and compensate me for the WASTED TIME that you have me spending just to cancel this order. If you are a real business. Give your customers a number to call and assist them immediately.
