Opentip.com Opentip Store: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Delivery

I bought two bras from Opentip Store a couple of months ago, but I haven't received them yet. I tried to ask them about my order, but they didn't help me much. They just told me to wait and use their tracking system, which doesn't show anything useful. According to the tracking, my package hasn't moved for five weeks. I'm not sure if I'll ever get my order or my money back. Maybe I should try to contact my credit card company and see if they can help me. It's frustrating to wait for so long and not get any answers.

Opentip.com Mixed experience with Opentip: Good service, confusing instructions for latchhook frame

Opentip is a pretty good store. I didn't have any problems with them. However, I was a bit let down by the instructions for the latchhook frame. They were kinda confusing and didn't really tell me how to put it together. I also didn't know which side was the front and which was the back. Plus, there were these nails sticking out of the frame and I didn't know what they were for. It would have been nice if they had some pictures to show me what to do.

Opentip.com Disappointing Experience with Opentip Store: Poor Customer Service and High Return Costs

I recently had an experience with Opentip Store that left me feeling quite disappointed. I ordered a pair of coveralls in size small, but when they arrived, they were much too large for me. In fact, they were even big enough to fit my husband, who typically wears a size large! Needless to say, I was quite frustrated with this.

To make matters worse, I was unable to find a customer service phone number to call and discuss the issue with someone directly. Instead, I had to navigate through a series of online return instructions that were quite confusing and frustrating. And to top it all off, there was no return label included with the package, which made the process even more difficult.

But perhaps the most frustrating part of the experience was the fact that I was not able to get my shipping costs refunded when I returned the items. In fact, it ended up costing me over $29 just to ship the items back, which was more than the cost of two of the coveralls themselves!

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Opentip Store, and I will not be recommending them to anyone in the future. The lack of customer service and the high cost of returns make it clear that this is not a company that values its customers or their satisfaction.

Opentip.com Opentip Store Review: Terrible Customer Service and Unethical Business Practices

Opentip Store (opentip.com) is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and I had a really bad experience with them. I would rate them 0 out of 5 if I could. They lure you in with their competitive and low prices, but don't be fooled!

There are two possible outcomes when ordering from Opentip:

1. You will never receive your order.
2. You will receive defective items and when you ask for a refund, they will give you excuses to avoid giving you back your money.

Opentip is stealing from their customers and it's a shame that they are still in business. They should be reported for their bad business practices.

I ordered from Opentip and never received my order. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and didn't seem to care about my issue. They didn't offer any solutions or even apologize for the inconvenience. It was a frustrating experience and I would never order from them again.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Opentip Store to anyone. They have terrible customer service and their business practices are unethical. Save yourself the trouble and order from a different company.

Opentip.com Warning: Opentip Store's 'Richardson' Hats are Sharp and Misleading

I got some hats from Opentip Store and they look like they're supposed to be Richardson hats, but they're not. The plastic inside the hats is really sharp and it hurts your head when you take the hat off. We never had this problem with any Richardson hats before, and we've never had any problems with Opentip before. We sent some of the hats back to them, but they still won't admit that the hats are bad. Anyone who tries these hats on can tell that they're bad. The black part of the hat (you can see it in the picture) is almost like chicken wire! So if you're thinking about buying these hats, be careful.

Opentip.com Disappointing Experience with Opentip Store: Late Shipping and Unfulfilled Promises

I recently made a purchase from Opentip Store and unfortunately, I have not yet received my items. I placed my order and selected the latest scheduled arrival time, giving them plenty of time to fulfill my order. However, I was disappointed to find out that they had not even shipped my order when I reached out to inquire about the status of my purchase several days later.

To make matters worse, when they finally did ship my order, the estimated time of arrival was much later than what was advertised on their website. It is frustrating to see a zip code dependent shipping time on their website, only to have them not follow through with their promised delivery date.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Opentip Store and would not recommend using this company. It is important for businesses to follow through on their promises and deliver on time, and unfortunately, Opentip Store did not meet these expectations.

Opentip.com Terrible Customer Service and Late Delivery: My Opentip Store Review

I had a really bad experience with Opentip Store. I placed an order on April 28th and was told it would arrive between May 3rd and May 7th. However, when I checked the tracking details, I saw that the order was only processed on May 7th and was still not received by the carrier on May 13th. I was really worried because I needed the order by May 15th. So, I decided to contact their customer service on May 9th to ask when I would receive my order. But, I didn't get any response until May 13th, when they simply told me that "it had been shipped". I was really disappointed because they didn't give me any other information, excuses, or even an apology.

Finally, on May 14th, I saw that the order had been received by DHL and was on its way to USPS. But, this was not acceptable to me because it was already too late. I was really frustrated with the whole experience and I don't think I will be ordering from Opentip Store again. Their customer service was terrible and they didn't seem to care about my concerns.

Opentip.com Poor Customer Service and Communication: My Experience with Opentip Store

I recently placed an order on Opentip Store on November 4th. I received an email to confirm my order, which was a simple process. However, on November 6th, I received another email asking me to clarify my information. They wanted me to call them, but when I attempted to call, I was sent back to their FAQ page online. I spent a good 30 minutes trying to find my own answer, which was a waste of my time.

On November 9th, I received an email saying that my order was processed, but it hadn't left the warehouse yet. They also mentioned that the warehouse wasn't responding to their inquiry. I was starting to get frustrated because it had been several days since I placed my order, and I still didn't have a tracking number.

The next few days were just as frustrating. On November 10th, I still didn't have a tracking number. On November 11th and 12th, I received no updates. On November 13th, I was told that Max was still "looking into it." I was getting fed up with the lack of communication and updates.

Finally, on November 14th, I sent an email to Opentip Store ordering them to cancel my order, refund my money, and stop wasting my time. I was disappointed with the whole experience and didn't want to deal with them anymore.

Overall, my experience with Opentip Store was not a good one. The lack of communication and updates was frustrating, and I felt like my time was being wasted. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

Opentip.com Terrible Experience: Delayed Shipping and Address Mix-Up - Do Not Recommend

This store is not very good. I made an order on a Tuesday and wanted it shipped to a different address. On Thursday, they sent me an email saying that the address I gave them wouldn't work and suggested a different one. I thought they knew what they were doing, so I said okay. But then it took 8 whole days for them to actually ship my order! And then, two months later, they kept bothering me about a $60 charge because they said my address was wrong. But they were the ones who changed it in the first place! It's all just a big joke. I don't recommend using this store. If you read the reviews, you'll see that they're all over the place.

Opentip.com Unsatisfactory Experience: Delayed Shipping, Poor Packaging, and Damaged Items

This company is not recommended by me. I had a bad experience with them. It took them a long time to ship my item, about 6 days. They argued with me and said it only took them 2 days to ship it out, but I checked the tracking and it showed that the label was printed 6 days after I purchased. When I finally received my order, it was in a plastic bag with no internal packing or packaging. As a result, the panty hose were snagged and ruined. I was very upset about this. It took 13 days for me to receive my order, and when it arrived, I got 6 pairs of hosiery that cost $8 each, all ruined in a plastic bag. I tried to contact them to get an RMA and return the items, but they did not return my calls or emails. I suggest that if you bought from them and received damaged items, file a chargeback.

Opentip.com Not responding to order status

I ordered Ball Caps on 6/4/21 and was given an estimated ship date between 6/8 and 6/10. My order #4295202. It is now 6/14 and no caps have arrived. I have tried multiple times to contact the company for an updated status via website, email and phone. The contact through the website and email have both been unresponsive. The phone just rings and rings with no answer the times I have called. I am CST and have tried calling between 1pm and 4pm.

Ideally I would like the caps shipped. If this is a backorder issue then I should be told so I can look elsewhere.

Opentip.com Refund not received

The item (foil fringe curtains) was ordered on July 27 and on August 6 the item still had not been shipped. When I called to ask about the status of this order they told me it had been shipped and provided a fake tracking number. The item had NOT been shipped and was only shipped several days later. At that point I no longer need this party item (party was now over) and asked for a refund. They said the item had already been shipped but that I could keep the item and they would still refund the payment. It's been several weeks now and they are now refusing to refund the payment. They have horrible customer service and consistently lie about everything.

Opentip.com sending wrong items, late shipments, wrong calculations, over charging for shipment

I purchased around $860 worth of items from this website. I reside in Canada so I had to ship all these items to an address in the USA and re-ship them to my address in Canada cause the shipment rates opentip.com was offering for shipping to Canada was really high.
The first thing that went wrong was that I had waited for a month, and my items were not shipped yet! After calling the customer service for many times, they told me that some of the items that I have ordered are REALLY HEAVY! and it takes time for the warehouse to ship it and ... they're gonna charge me even more for shipping those! (To the USA ofcourse!). So I cancelled the heavy items .. and guess what .. the shipping charge that they'd put on my invoice didn't change AT ALL! When I questioned why .. they said the first estimation was wrong and they had to charge me this amount to ship the remaining items!
Second problem was about a bed-in-a-bag that I purchased. When I was buying this item online, I made a mistake in choosing the size of it. I chose double instead of king. I called them immediately after putting the order through online. I sent them three emails asking to correct the size of this item. They told me that everthing will be ok. I checked on this more than three times. When I recieved my items from the USA, I noticed that they'd sent me the wrong size! I'd already paid for the shipment of this item from USA to CANADA and I'd also paid international tax on it ... I was really pissed off. so I decided to return it, I sent the item back, it costed more than $82 for me to send this item back to ATAFA from Canada, but they told me that they'll just reimburse me for $15, which is the cost of the shipment with in usa. This is while I had already spent more than $50 to get this item to canada form the USA. Basically I lost more than $100 on this item! and ... no body is there to answer why in the first place they sent me the wrong size, after being contacted for more than 5 times about this?
Third problem was when one of my items was out of stock. I wanted to cancel it. it took a long time for them to reimburse me for this, and at the end i didn't get the exact amount that I was supposed to get! They told me there has been an error in the previous calculations, and they'd charged me less than what they were supposed to before ... so they have to adjust that and reimburse me less!
At the end, I just feel robbed ... opentip.com or ATAFA just found excuses to charge me, not return my money, and cause trouble for me. It was a waste of money, time, and effort to shop from them. I wish there was somebody who could help me with this.

Ordered shirts for a softball team, by the time they arrived, the season was over! Attempts to get my order fast tracked to me were met with lies, and attempts to dance around giving me my money back. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Hands down.
