Absolutely horrible customer service
Oh no, thanks, but I will never deal with this company again. And I would say nothing against them, if not their terrible horrible and awful customer service. They hired the rudest and the most ignorant people in the world who may ruin the reputation of the company one day.
Drive them away and get new staff, train them and teach how to communicate to customers, tell them, that treating customers like s&&t doesn't make sense. Because the ones who work for you now don't understand simple things. They are horrible. For real.
Incorrect size
I would not recommend StickerGiant to anyone, they are highly unprofessional and have the most terrible customer service you can imagine!
Ordered some stickers from them and needed a specific size. They said that it was not a problem so I was counting on them. But when I got the stickers they were too small!
Quality was nice and I really liked the stickers but they were too small! I contacted customer service and asked them to fix everything and they said that they were unable to do that, they said that if I wanted a bigger size I needed to place a new order. They also refused to refund my money.
Nice stickers, great prices, but terrible customer service! I'm very disappointed with this company.
Rude rep and they work too slow
I have ordered from the website www.stickergiant.com, because it was mentioned that the stickers would be ready within 24 hours. It was real ###, because I waited for several weeks and have listened for some fake promises. Also their customer services were horrible. When I contacted the rep, he spoke in rude and impolite manner with me. As well as I heard that he was really angry that I wasted his time. Don’t buy from them. Waste of your time and money.

I went to the website www.stickergiant.com and wanted to buy stickers, as well as it was mentioned that the delivery was for free. I placed the order and paid for it immediately, but these ### charged me for the delivery as well. WTF? I sent them multiple emails and asked to return money back, but I heard only blah-blah and nothing more. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. This was the first time and last time I'll ever get any of their stuff
Ok first off, when I first ordered a sticker from them. It wasn't what I wanted. I told then blah blah and got the one I ordered. Then, the damn sticker was sticking to the plastic by the time I placed it where I wanted. The sticker was staying stuck to the plastic (which never happened to me before). It started getting all bent and messed up as I was trying to fix it, I just ripped it off. This was the first time and last time I'll ever get any of their stuff.
