I bought a bike from a Harley Davidson dealership in Texas. I was working with a woman named Dottie and I got a quote. When I was ready to finalize the contract with her, I called her, and she never returned my call. This was on a Friday. When I called back on Monday, again, she wasn't available to finalize the deal. I called back and talked with someone else. She said that she would get a hold of Dottie to get it emailed to me and if Dottie couldn't get it to me, she would send it to me. When I woke up Tuesday morning, still no contract. I called again and got a hold of a woman named Ruth. She gave me some excuses about them being busy, but to me that is just saving face. But I did get the contract sent to me within 30 minutes. But after I thought about it, I decided not to do business with this company. If this is how they handle just the administration of trying to get an arrangement set up, what will they do with my motorcycle. So, I went with another company. I paid a little more and the customer service was excellent, and they stayed in touch with me from pickup to delivery. If you are looking for an inexpensive way to get your bike delivered, then this is the way to go, but you get what you paid for. I went with Freedom Auto Transport; I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to transport a motorcycle. A reputable source even told me I chose the better company.
Recommendation: Got to Freedom Auto Transport
