Cymax Stores review: Damaged shipment

On April 19 200Pm I returned home to find two couches in my driveway. I ordered them from Amazon Order ID: [protected]. No message or contact had been given to notify of the arrival. I engaged two men to carry them into my living room and we punwrapped them. The packing materials appeared adequate and reasonably intact. No damge was apparent till we rolled up to put the legs on. from the bottom substantail damge was vissible. Couch 1 the lower mainframe piece broken near left rear corner chucnks were thru the lower skirting mater. The skirting matieal had 6 piercings thru it in other places but no mre serious damge. Couch two has the lower rear mainframe broken near the left rear corner with large dent and displacement. The front lower frame mamber is broken in th middle er
