3 seaters sofa
Hi all
I have bought a 3 seaters sofa and the length is longer than the height of the lift ..so I call hipvan regarding this issue...they told me is my fault for not checking the height of the lift and if cancel this order I have to pay a penalty of 18% of my purchase..this is a unforseen circumstances and they give me another option is to bring up the sofa by staircase which I m staying at 10flr with a fee of $90...this giving me no choice but to agreed rather than paying 18% fee for cancellation...but the delivery man brought up the sofa with defect...the bottom of the sofa was tear with a hole about 6 inch which I cannot accept so I rejected it and I told to paid the fee of $90 which the guys carried up the sofa .. everything seem to be my problem n fault and not hipvan problem...I m very disappointed
Rug

We bough one nordic geomeyric rug in november, order #113143(name Tolga Coskun) and actually its a disaster ! The quality is not as expected, each pression on the rug causes irreversible marks. Very disappointed. Its the first time we buy with Hipvan, not sure we will keep ordering items and recommending the brand to our friends.
