I will never go to this CVS store (store #6093) in Hartwell, Ohio again for my medicine it is always a problem to get prescribed drugs on time when you need them and the customer service is horrendous. When I went to this CVS store on August 22nd my primary physician already sent out the medicine to arrive on this date it did not for some reason get there and I politely asked why and the employee was rude and nonchalant about it. I had to wait at least seven days for it to arrive at the store I've been a CVS member for 10 years now and I'm thinking of leaving.

Recommendation: Don't go to this CVS store for medicine
