this letter is a formal complaint regarding the unprofessional conduct of Nurse name sherissa on 07/21/25 at CVS MINI CLINIC locater at pickwick rd Centreville VA 20120. An appoiment was scheduled for TD test resoult reading (tuberculin skin test resoult) at 1;00pm which it was my lunch breake at that time. However, the nurse Sherissa refused to read the test and instructed a returne before the clinic closed at 5:30 pm. Following the instruction, I arrived at the clinic at 5: 20 pm 10 minutes earlier than the suggested time and left my work earlyto accommodate this. Despite the prompt arrival, Nurse Sherissa refused to see me again, stating that another appoiment needed to be scheduled when she made me weast my lunch time and my 30 minutes work time. the timely reading of a TD test is crucial for accurate results. This refusal to see me after explecitly telling me to returne before closing resulted in wasted time, waste money and potential heath implications due to the delayed reading of the test. A thorough investigation into this matter is requested, and appropriate action should be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Nurse play a crusial role in patient care and are expected to act professionally and ethically, ensuring the timely provision of care and accurate test results. Me Yunelfi Perez as a patients I was negatively impacted by Nurse Sherrissa's behavior and the unnecessary delay in receiving the result of the TD test.
