CVS don't go to store#5250

As a very wealthy and fashionable woman I wear big purses. Everyone knows that big purses are in style...in store #5250 ari gonzalez followed me to every single aisle looking at me and my purse constantly. I was so disturbed by her looks that I just put all the items down and walked out and drove across the street to family dollar to grab the same exact items... I have never ever ever been treated that way. And then as I was walking out she said "when you watch these women with big purses they get intimidated and they put the things down and leave the store because they know we're watching"... I couldn't believe she said that. I make at least 5 times more than she would ever make yearly at that job. So what reason would I have to steal shampoo and etc?... That was soooooo uncalled for!

I wouldn't darrrrrrreeeeee step foot back in cvs!... I wouldn't support them if my life depended on it... I was thinking about getting a small camera to hide in my clothing and expose the way that ari gonzales operates in store #5250... I am strongly looking into that!

"AS A VERY WEALTHY AND FASHIONABLE WOMAN I WEAR BIG PURSES."

Who are you trying to convince with this statement?

"I MAKE AT LEAST 5 TIMES MORE THAN SHE WOULD EVER MAKE YEARLY AT THAT JOB."

How do you know how much she makes? How do you even know her last name?

Sounds to me like you personally know this "Ari" and have a vendetta with her. Let it go, move on.
With all your "wealth" take a week off and see a psychologist. There's medication for these types of behaviors.

CVS privacy law violation

I was having a prescription filled and overheard two of the clerks (Mike and Bess) discussing what my medication was for. They were talking right out loud for everyone to hear. When I complained to the store manager and the pharmacy manager, I got nowhere. They coldly stared at me. When I wrote an email to CVS.Com and asked that it be forwarded to the District Pharmacy Manager and the District Store Manager (I had their names), an idiot at CVS.Com who received the email decided to take it upon herself to call the clerks at the store and alert them that I had voiced a complaint about a privacy law violation. Then she wrote a stock, 'Dear John' email back to me claiming that no privacy laws had been broken, etc., etc., etc. A grade-school graduate (maybe) is now a lawyer for CVS. She can't even perform her 'Customer Service' skills correctly.

These people at the pharmacy do this all the time. I guess other customers don't hear them or pay attention. CVS is well-known for selling customer's information and doesn't give a hoot about their privacy. I had stopped filling my prescriptions there for years after I began to receive a ton of junk mail which I know had its origins in my dealings with CVS Pharmacy. This time, I will stop filling my prescriptions there permanently. The two pharmacy imbeciles should be fired, but the ones in charge there have (maybe) and total IQ of 50. The best thing is for customers to stay informed and communicate about problems like these on the internet. CVS wants their competitors to take over on the prescription business, I guess.

CVS bad smell

We purchased some CVS Bottle Liners recently and found them to have a bad smell. My 9 year old said it smells like bad bug spray and I agree. I also notice that there is no country of origin on the box.

Please provde the following information to email [protected]@satx.rr.com

1. Country the liners where made in?
2. What kind of plastic this is?
3. Dose it meet FDA standards?
4. Is there a “CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE” for CPSIA of 08 for this product?

Thank you
Dr V. Matias

CVS unprofessional staff!

After giving cvs years of business, the newly opened cvs, previously longs, has given our negatives away to a client after very specific instructions not to! But that is not even my complaint. This is...

After stopping by several times to see whether or not our client had picked up their photos so that we could then re-collect the original negatives that they had opted not to buy, I stopped by again and yes, indeed they had picked up their photos, and also! Their negatives that had been set aside in a seperate envelope for us to collect afterwards. The actual person who had assured us that they would not be given away, tri, the "manager" not only could not find them, but gestured in rap-style manner with flinging arms that he could do nothing more, he had looked and that no, I could not look through the envelopes myself to double check. He did not offer to investigate, ask other photo employees that might have set them aside somewhere or remember giving them to the customer, look around the photot kiosk, nothing! He just acted rude and uninterested and completely unaccountable and kept arguing the same point that "you saw me put them back in the bin, that's where I left them and haven't touched them since", regardless of how many times I kept trying to ask him if maybe he could ask other employees, look in the safe or ask if they have a special set aside place they may have put them. It was as if he was a machine just repeating and not listening or caring. Finally I had had enough! After not being allowed to make my point or even be heard when I did speak I slammed my hand down on the counter and said "I will finish my sentence! Stop interrupting me so I can speak!" I guess this gave him carte blanche as a paid employee of cvs to act even more rudely and unprofessionally... He said that he "can't help me anymore because he looked and the negatives aren't in the bin" and walked away. I told him that I absolutely did not want him to help me further and that I would like to speak to the manager. He then let me know that he is the manager and that I should just check with my client to see if they collected the negatives along with their photos. I asked to use his phone to leave a message with the photographer I work with to contact the client directly. I left a message and then tried again with this "manager". I asked him, "ok, do you remember having the conversation that day when we seperated the negatives and asked you to please put them under the photographer's name and the photos under the client's name to be picked up... Do you remember us talking with you about possibly having your children photographed in the near future?" "yes" he replied. So then I asked "well then if you remember that why are you acting like you have no knowledge of us separating the negatives to understand why I cannot understand how it came to be that the client could know to ask for an envelope under a different name than hers? Did she collect other people's negatives?!" he then admitted that he did remember but offered no further information. He began looking for them again and asked a photo employee who just happened to walk up if he remembers anything about our negatives, speaking extremely vaguely. (This employee is one that is notoriously sloppy and once lost negatives exactly 2 seconds after holding them in his hands once, argued that they were never there, and then turned around 10 minutes later and found them on the counter next to the register where he had absent mindedly put them.) of course he just mumbled and walked off. I then noticed that the one photo employee that we usually try to deal with who is at least somewhat competent was checking people out at the checkstand so I asked the "manager" to ask him if maybe he remembers the lady coming in. This competent employee then turned after having been 5 feet away during this whole escapade and told me that "yes, she came in and I gave her everything. There was no note on it so I didn't know not to give her the negatives." tri, the "manager" looked at him and said, "well there you go, we could have avoided this whole thing if he would have told me sooner." after leaving the store, I saw tri outside having a cigarette about 15 feet from the front entrance of the building and he apologized for the mishap. But when I tried to point out that giving away our negatives, or losing them is bad enough, you should try to behave professionally and at least act like you care, listen to the customer allowing them to finish their sentences and at least investigate or let the customer know you will follow up and call them, he began with the chip on the shoulder all over again and said that the customer was supposed to act professionally and that he is not paid to put up with abuse. I tried to point out that any problem in a store can go either way, depending on how management handles the situation. I also pointed out that as a customer, I am not on the payroll, he is, the "manager", and if I was allowed to speak, was listened to and not argued with, that maybe I wouldn't have to get upset to make a point in the first place. I tried to explain that basic customer service skills 101 are common knowledge in all companies, that this is nothing new and that someone who is appointed a manager status, should be familiar with this and not act like a teenage rap artist showing no respect for the customer's point of view. At this point he had put out his cigarette and shooed me off with his hand as he walked back into his secure little job. Charming!

Postnote: after asking one of the other employees outside if he was the store manager, he is not, he is the assistant manager.

CVS treating long term employees incorrectly

I have been a long time customer of CVS and I believe now is the time I will no longer go there for anything. Over the past 6 months, I, as a customer, have noticed a change in CVS and the way things are handled, especially concering their own employees. I don't know who is in charge now, I've never met them. They are getting rid of long term employees that I have came to know over the years and this really upsets me! These people are what make CVS what it is or at least what I thought it was. CVS really wants us, as a customer, to believe that they care for us when they don't even care about the people that work for them. They, the employees that really care are the ones that are being "let go", a nice way to put being fired. In my eyes this is wrong and whoever is in charge of the Mobile district needs to look into this before it gets any worse than it already is. I am not racist in the least but, all of the employees being let go are all white and I've noticed there are more foreign and black people that are replacing them. That are not in least bit nice or act like they seem to care one way or another. This, to me, sends a bad message. When I go in the pharmacy, I want them to know me and take the time to talk or explain anything to me. Not rush me out of the way like Ive taken up too much of their valuable time. I use to not feel like I was just a number and that I mattered, not anymore. I will be transfering all of mine and my husbands medications elsewhere and intend on telling all of my family and friend to do the same. The regional supervisor needs to look into this as soon as possible because CVS isn't looking too good right now to a lot of their customers. Thank you!

CVS Store Manager

I was a Manager for 11 years with CVS and 10 of my years were wonderful. In my last year, I began to get harrassed about everything I did. I was wrote up for things that really did not pertain to the store but more to what the Distict Manager wanted and could not possibly have been done. Over a four year span, CVS cut budget hours by 60 hours and gave a bigger workload than ever. I had received many awards at CVS, best looking store, best profitable store, best inventories year end and year out. But in August of 2009 I was called into the office by my District Manager and let go for the most unreasonable problems that she thought were enough to fire me. Things that I had no control over but because I was the manager I was the one who should be fired. I was loyal to my customers, my employees and CVS. They brought someone in and paid them a much cheaper salary. With the economy the way it is, they saved money by firing me and bring someone in and paying them 10, 000 less a year. Funny, I am still in contact with the store and they just went through a inventory, it had been 7 months since I was let go, the inventory came up 60, 000 short. To save money with me they lost much more with there decision to let me go. What comes around goes around I guess. But my story is just one, there are many other managers who were treated this way. Some were even worse. CVS has no loyalty to there people who work for them. I had a assistant manager transferred into my store who was fixing to retire in a year. The district manager came to me and told me to write him up for everything in the world so that he would be fired and could not retire while working for CVS. I refused, he was transferred to another store where he ended up quitting because of the same harrassments that I had endured. This happened just prior to my last year on the job. Heck, this may be why I was really fired. I could tell you stories like this on and on. I think the Chief CEO, Tom Ryan, is a great person to work for, but he needs to take a look at what is going on in his stores. This is going to keep on and people will realize that CVS is not that great of place to work for and all that is left to work for them is the exact people they didn't want in there stores to begin with, thieves and dishonest people or people who could care less about the job and the people who shop there. I miss my customers, my employes but I am happy I am gone and hopefully I will find something else that I can be loyal to and for them to be loyal to me. God bless!

Unfortunately the longer an employee is there the more trust they gain from their managers, some people abuse this trust and they learn how to steal from the company without getting caught, they then pass this knowledge onto others who steal as well. These people need to be let go immediately, even if they have been there 20+ years. They also need to be replaced immediately and there is not always much time to find a solid good employee to take their place. This may not be the reason that these long term employees that you know are being let go but it is a big problem and many CVS' are paying more attention to them and letting them go at the first sign of trouble. In the end just remember it is for the best.

Actually cvs treats there long term employees way better then they should. And im glad to actually hear of old employees actually getting in trouble for there actions, just because someone is older does not make them better. i have been working for cvs for over a year and i have moved up farther n ther company n that time then at least 4 of my own employees who are at least 20 years oler then i am. They do not get treated the way someone of my age would and it is discriminating and wrong.

CVS wrong dosage

I am very upset because i feel like cvs pharmacy is trying to ignore their mistake. My then 1 month old daughter was given 10xs the prescribed dose. Me being a new mom, i dont know what the right dosages were supposed to be. An hour later my daughter starts to throw up and got a fever. My mom then looks at the prescription bottle and tells me that i gave her way to much. I went to the drs office thinking that it was their fault. Turned out that the doctor prescribed my daughter .5ml. But the pharmacy gave her 5ml. So i then went to the pharmacy and told them about their mistake. They advised me to take my daughter to the hospital and stated that they were going to keep in touch with me. it since has been 3 months and have yet to hear from them. Ive called and gone by the pharamcy but all i get is the run around. i am sick and tired of them ignoring what they did. my daughter could have been seriously harmed. she was only 1 month old and was a preemie. i will never step foot in cvs pharmacy again and i plan to take legal actions

CVS uncaring, incompetent pharmacy techs

Totally dissatisified with the employees working in the pharamacy. Used to be a very good customer of CVS but no longer. For the 3rd month in a row they were not able to fill my order correctly. Worse than that is the fact that their employee for the 3rd month in a row informed me that my prescriptions were "all" filled and ready for pickup (called before going to be sure). However, when I arrived "as usual" they were not all filled. They were waiting on authorization for a prescription (which the doctor's office advised that they sent twice). This may not seem like a big deal but it is when you have to drive 45 minuets one way to get to CVS.
SHAME ON CVS FOR HAVING SUCH INCOMPETENT, UNCARING EMPLOYEES THAT DO NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON AN ORDER THAT IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF PEOPLE'S LIFE.
Signed,
CVS CUSTOMER NO LONGER

P.S. I will be sure to give CVS the reference that they deserve.

Cvs has the rudest employees. One cashier decided to go even slower after I told her at the barksdale jdavis store my dog was bleeding profusely after her nail was cut short. I had one item the stypic stick she held my receipt in the air for me to jump and grab and was just aweful. About 21 with no future I am sure. I am so mad.

CVS disclosing personal information

Hello,

I am not one to complain, I'm concerned.

Seems that everytime I come in to pick up a percription I have to tell the pharmacy tech, my name, address, and the percription name I am picking up. Seems like a great deal of personal information I have to almost yell to the employee. I personally find it very uncomforatble that I have to disclose this personal information for at every other customer to hear, and me there information.

I realize that you have to verify who is picking up, and make sure the correct person gets the right meds, but does the world or at least the 6 other people in the area have to hear my personal medications, and information?

I also want to voice a safety issue, when I disclose my address who is to say that another customer wants to follow me home, or any other women home for the meds that were just picked up, or for other criminal reasons [rape, robbery].

Thank you, Ellen Fox Belchertown, MA

It is important for the pharmacy employees to verify that everyone gets the correct medication. You would complain if you got home and noticed they gave you medication for an Ellen Fox who lives at 293 Main Street instead of your address wouldn't you? How is it that is it acceptable to post your full name and town on the internet for everyone to see, but you have an issue with someone asking for your information to ensure you get the correct medicine? I highly doubt anyone would care enough to stand by the CVS Pharmacy register to get your address and come rob or rape you. These employees are just doing their jobs. It is a safety issue if they do NOT verify your information. My advice to you would be to go at a less busy time if you are really that worried.

CVS double charge of my credit card

Don't ever place an online order with cvs! I placed an online order on 9/24/2009 and when I checked my
Bank account the next day they had charged me twice for my order.
They said they would put through a credit but that I would have
To wait for my bank to let the charges drop off.
They made the mistake and I am paying for it.in this economy money is hard to come by and I can't afford to have my money sitting in limbo... Don't ever place an online order with cvs!

Well, it happened to me also. And I bought stuff at the store, not online. Just checked the bank account - and yes they charged me double. How do i go about proving it, since i don't have the receipt? Call my bank i guess and write a complaint with the CVS.

The same thing has happened to me even when my credit card was not accepted, CVS still billed me for the amount but did not process the order. This is the second time, last time I was double charged. If people do not watch their accounts CVS is probably ripping off many people, I think this is fraud in my opinion since they know about the problem.

CVS can't keep their records straight or updated

This problem is ongoing since CVS took over the company a few years ago. They lose prescriptions, change refill status for no known reason, refuse to retain updated new information and mismanage their website so badly that I have had to set up a new account (twice) and cannot use their website to refill scripts. They are extremely slow in answering the phones and, once you finally get a person, they apologize robotically and can't help. I have changed my credit card information from a canceled account to an active one 7 times. They keep reverting to the canceled account. Each time I've called they go through the same routine and swear that they have canceled the old number and input the active one. SEVEN times. The insurance company changed my group number 2 years ago. I have tried to get this straightened out but, again, they keep reverting to the old group number. Each time I am promised that it has been taken care of. It has not. Some of my missing refills are misfiled under the old group number...for 2 years. My last phone call lasted for 33 minutes (timed by cell phone records). They either cannot or will not give me a name and address of their corporate officers and/or board of directors. I could go on and on, but I am exhausted. This is a prescription drug benefit that I am paying for as part of my health insurance premium. I get better service (and prices) from Walmart.

I too agree that they are very onorgainized. I almost got sent to a collection agency because they can't get their accounting straight. And when you call they refuse to let you talk to anyone who matters. My insurance requires I use them to fill my prescriptions, I have no other options. They don't have any competition and they know it. If the goverment healthcare plan goes through this is only going to get worse! Ugh...

I too have had many problems with their disorganization. I too could go on and on, but I will say this I don't think that its right that I have to use them with my insurance, I have no other option and I don't believe thats right. They don't have to be competitive and they know it. If we get the government healthcare plan its only going to be worse. I was almost sent to collections because of their disorganization! UGH..

CVS shorted me medication

For years I had been taking a strictly regulated medication and had often purchased it from CVS. On one occasion at this Fort Lauderdale store they gave me a box of medication that had been recalled (by Lot #) and was ineffective. I returned it to this pharmacy and first they asked ME to proove that it had been recalled! I told them that as a pharmacy I was certain they had access to that information. Pharmacist, whose name I have blocked out by now, gave me a dirty look while an assistant stepped in and quickly found and showed the pharmacist the information.

The pharmacist chose to only replace the unused portion of medication, after I had suffered for days thinking I was supposed to be getting the right amount of medication when I wasn't. In effect, they sold me 13 2-day medication patches and 2-ineffective ones, even after it had been proven that they were ineffective.

I returned to that pharmacy for a refill the next month (boy was that stupid). They then sold me back the box of medication -from which they had removed- the 2 patches the month before, this time selling me 13 patches as if it were 15. Unfortunately, I didn't discover the error until I got home, at which point the same pharmacist refused to fill the entire prescription I had paid for, saying I couldn't prove that there weren't the correct amount in the box! I told him to do an inventory, shouldn't it be that simple? Apparently not. He then refused to talk to me, like a petulant child. He remembered opening a box of medication and giving me 2 patches from it, yet refused to acknowledge that this was the likely mistake. It is a rarely used medication and probably hadn't been sold to anyone from that store since I had purchased it the month before. He knew there was a box in their inventory containing only 3 rather than 5 patches, yet for reasons yet unknown to me, he wouldn't admit the obvious error. My guess is that he didn't want to do paperwork recording the initial error, as would be required due to the heavy regulation of the med. I don't know for sure, as the story continues.

Needless to say, I couldn't get the correct amount of medication at that point, though my doctor was willing to write a prescription for the 2 missing patches, because the insurance company record showed I had received the full amount for the month, as CVS had told them and charged them for.

Numerous calls to CVS "customer service" over the next FOUR WEEKS only resulted in sympathy from the call center person and empty promises that a regional manager would call me back. When I complained that the regional manager was not calling me back, I was told that they'd forward a new complaint to the district manager about the lack of response. As you may guess, I never got a call, though I made the request through the only venue available many times.

No resolution. No apology. No investigation.

On another occasion, a store on Oakland Park Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale told me that I could pay out of pocket for a different, very expensive medication, and they would make a refund when my insurance company approved the meds. The insurance company had been slow in refill approval and I had been without it for over a week, so I paid cash to the tune of about $550.00 for a months worth. Two weeks later, when the approval had gone though, I returned to the store for my refund and for them to bill the insurance company as they had promised. But NO, they said, you just filled this prescription two weeks ago and it is too soon. I reminded them of the original situation and explained that I was not there for a refill, just for a refund and for them to charge my insurance company as they had promised. But they wouldn't do that they said, they had to make an actual sale to charge the insurance company and it was too early to fill the prescription. So on THAT occasion I was just out the $550 minus a $20 co-pay. I sent it to my insurance company for reimbursement and couldn't get one. That was some VERY expensive mis-information.

Ive had the same problems with the Walgreens in the town I live in. I was shorted two months in a row. NO one can explain how it continued to happen, nor was anyone to concerned that someone somewhere stole a narcotic without a prescription and without paying for it. BUT it was certainly ok that MY INSURANCE paid for a full script though I didnt get a "FULL" script. Go figure. I changed pharmacies.

CVS - awful, awful, awful

Few days ago I picked my medicine and found out when I got home the medicine was not mine but it had my name on the bottle. This particular medicine was named Premarin and it's a cancer medication. I returned to the store around midnight and confronted the pharmacist about the mix up. He apologized and that was the end of the situation. No if I hadn't been...

CVS I was cheated with their deceptive practices

Complaint against Store 479: 265 Long Ave, Hillside NJ 07205

Today I spent around 1 hour arguing with a guy at CVS's photo department. I brought my SD card with me to take passport pictures from my own. I created passport pictures in the CVS Photo machine and did not take help from any CVS employee. So after checkout when I went to the CVS person then he charged me the price of passport pictures i.e 7.99 each for 4 printouts. However the price of the 1 print is 29 Cents.

So when he was charging me with the around 32$ for 4 printouts. I asked him that it should be 29 Cents per print instead of 7.99 per print becasue I didnt take anybodys help to get passport pictures. In response to my question he told me that it doesnt matter whether you take printout from your own or your take help from us. We will be charging you $7.99 for each. My little daughter was crying and it was her food time, so I had to agree with him and allowed him charging around $32.00.

More frustrating situation was awaiting. When he brought my passport pictures, I got so frustrated to see those pictures becasue none of them was with the same size, so when I asked him why thiey are not similar in size then he put all blame on me and said its your mistake in a very rude manner and said we can not help it. I asked him I could do mistake in one picture but cant make similar kind of mistake in all. That was so unethical of him that he kept blaming me. After long effort when I asked him that I am going to talk to CVS customer Care to report this issue then he offered me to click passport pictures free of cost, so I agreed
with his offer because my one year old daughter was crying so I had no option then accepting his indirect force offer. So I took the picture then I went home.

I was so tensed even after reaching home for long time. Then I decided to go to another CVS (Store # 2795, 187 Millburn Ave, Millburn, NJ) to make sure what are charges if I bring my own SD card and take the passport printout from my own and if when CVS guy take picture and order passport pictures. I was astonished to hear that if I take from my own then charges will be 29Cents each. So there I took 8 printouts of passport size pictures and they charged me 29cents for each printout.

First CVS pharmacy cheated me and I wanted to lodge complain against the person. I also have receipts from both CVS. Ontime reply and action will be appreciable, otherwise I have to go legal way.

I used the passport photo tool from the website of department of states to create my own and my husband's passport photos. I brought the saved pictures in my usb drive to cvs store #5877 at pearland, texas to print out 6 copies of mine and 6 copies of my husband's photos. The lady charged me total $20.98 before tax for 12 passport photos? Why? I wanted to save money, that's why i used the official passport photo tool. I will not com back to any cvs stores and tell my bad experience to all my friends.

I'm a shift supervisor at CVS and while most managers really don't know that much about photo they should know the right way to find the quickest answers for any customer asking about photo. Biki, the other stores you went to about the passport pictures were correct. The only reason CVS charges 7.99 for the passport picture is because of the time that it takes an employee to focus on that one customer, the SD card for the camera, the camera, the training, and the quality customers recieve from a trained photo associate who can meet all passport guidelines established by the government. It is a very easy task to take your own passport photo as long as you have a white background and a digital camera. If a customer prefers to do the photo themselves they are absolutely allowed to, however the photo associate on duty should have been watching over and making sure you were processing it correctly. That simple task is merely part of their job and does not cost any customer extra. Some customers do indeed try to cheat the system and it is easy for customers to think that they have been cheated as well. Just try to remember that one person does not make an entire company. Just because you have a bad experience at one CVS does not mean that every CVS runs their store in the same way. Cheryl...I find it extremely hard to believe that a manager was running around their store barefoot. If what you saw is true than I would get in touch with their district manager. That's disgusting.

I am a CVS Photo Supervisor, and if you came into my store to make your own passport photos from a SD card I m afraid I would have to inform you that the Govt. Passport laws are very strict about the Photos to be submitted with the app.
1. Photo must be 2x2 in.
2. Subject must be in front of a white background.
3. white background must be visiable all the way around subjects head.
4. all excess jewelry must be removed.
5. subject must be centered in photo.
6. If subject wears Glasses the Head must be tilted slightly downward so their is no glaire on glasses.
7. Subject and background must be clear with no shadows, photo must be bright to see subject clearly.

So with this in mind, PLEASE leave it up to someone who has been trained to follow Govt. guidelines, and save yourself the embarrisment of having your Passport rejected.
ALL CVS photos are 100% guaranteed, so you can get your money back if your not happy.

You have to be joking. There are signs VERY prominently posted in the photo section of the store that says that passport pictures are $7.99 per set. This is because you are paying for the sizing of the picture, not for someone to help you. I find it completely unreasonable that people like you continually try to cheat the store out of paying for those pictures. I also find it completely stupid that another store would tell you that those prints would be 29 cents if you do them yourself. But say what, there will always be cheap people in the world, and there will always be ###s who enable them.

Cheryl...your report is sooooooooo difficult to read. Please take some classes or something and learn how to write and spell better. You lose allllll credibility when you make so many mistakes spelling...and with very poor sentence structure. A typo is one thing, we all make them...but I have a hunch yours is way more and considerably worse than just a typo or two.

CVS prescriptions not being filled timely

One 2 separate occastion I have had similiar problems with this pharmacy. I am here from RHODE ISLAND with my 2 children, taking care of my sister whom is having neck surgery. The first incendent took place somewhere around the 5th or 6th of aug. My 22mth old daughter had gotton pink eye and her physician called in a perscription for her to this pharmacy I went there to pick up the perscription to find that is was not called in .SO THAT IS WHAT I WAS TOLD. so my daughter went a night with out medication for her eyes which were really bad. The next day my sister called the pharmacy to see if it had been filled and at that time she was informed that the prescription had been filled under another first name with the right last name . MICHELLE was the name but my daughter name is NICOLE ? So then the prescription was corrected I let it go. The 2nd issue was on aug 18th I had called the pharmacy to ask if I could have a prescription transfered from RHODE ISLAND for my self which is a very inportant medication for me.I was told by a gentleman that it would be taken care of .so today aug 19th at aprox 8:45 pm I called the pharmacy to be sure that my prescription had been filled and I was informed that It had not been done . I then asked for it to be done and was told that they would call the Rhode Island Pharmacy .So I waited to find out if they had in fact contacted them at all withen the last 2c days and found out that I was lied too. I spoke with a women at the Rhode Island Location whom was very helpful her name was Debbie and she told me to call them here in cali and let them know she is waiting for therm to contact her. So I call back to #9795 and I was asked what my problem was by the women there ? I told her i had contacted my pharmacy and that they were not contacted at all by #9795, and she told me that she has left a note for her pharmacist .I told her that the ri store was still open they are a 24hr location, she was like oh it is open ? Should they have checked on that instead of assuming it was closed which also tells me, I would have been waiting another day for them to even contact my pharmacy in RI ?! I feel that they need to get better pharmacy employees one s who hear what you are saying to them the first time around .This pharmacy needs to be more accurate considering they are working with peoples lives.
Thank you so much Toni Jean Duarte [protected]

One More thing is that my sister had recently had an eye injury and was given prescriptions from her DR. When she went to have them filled she was told by the st #9795 pharmacist that they were over the counter meds, and that they were out of all of them on the shelf .To later find out that they were in fact a prescription, not an over the counter med ...WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER AT THIS PHARMACY ? CVS photo and coupons

I recently developed 200 pictures from CVS @ 19 cents a picture. My total purchase was a little over $38.00 and since I am a valued customer I had a 25% off total photo purchase coupon. When i went to receive my discount the clerk told me this was an "online special". There was absolutely NO indication on the coupon that it needed to be used "on the internet only". She proceeded to call the shift manager and she was both sarcastic and unprofessional stating "how are we supposed to type in the code on the coupon?"... I simply said that was not my problem that she should be aware and trained on how to do a coupon like the one I had. Needless to say I DID NOT get my 25% off and felt like I was being taken advantage of paying full price for the pictures. I kindly recommend to anyone reading this that they DO NOT get pictures developed from CVS pharmacy. The pictures were not developed nice and the staff at the CVS in Dallas, Pennsylvania (Church Road) were extremely unkind!

I work as a photo lab tech at a CVS. I can't tell you how many times people simply do not read the fine print on coupons. I'm sure it indicated online only. By the way, 19 cents per print is not full price anyway. That's a special discount from the full price, 29 cents per print, when you get over 50 prints at a time.

CVS mail order catastrophe!

This company is a joke! No one at this company cares about customer service or making sure that peoples medications are sent to them. My son is on anti-psychotic medications for Autism and ADHD meds to help control his actions. We have been dealing with CVS for over 4 weeks now to get his prescriptions filled and to us. They have continued to tell us that the medications are in the mail and we should recieve them in the next couple of days. Doesn't happen. My feelings are there are two reasons why people don't do things. One they just don't know how to. Two they just don't give a d#@n! My feelings with this company are the latter. They continue to apologize about how one person has dropped the ball and claim that they will fix the problem. Doesn't happen again! I now have the corporate offices number and extension and know the COO's name. I will be calling him on Monday 7/27/2009. Bet on it!

My feelings exactly. They are a bunch of incompetent minimum wage hires who are not trained and just don't give a crap about anything you say or say you will do about them. It is a sad day when as a consumer we have to deal with these type of idiots to get what you have paid for. No one cares. I even talked with a supervisor and got no where except for a rise in my blood pressure. If you care to share that phone number I will gladly call the CEO myself.

CVS deceptive practices on a regular basis

Avoid CVS pharmacy at all costs! Warning read closely. For all you residents of Lake in the Hills you will notice the big sign in front of CVS at Randal and Ackman that says pepsi 4 for $10. Go ahead and try and get that price. They will not tell you that they are overcharging you as they charge you $12 not $10. If you ### about it they hand you a coupon for $2.00 your next purchase. The sign has no restrictions on it telling you that you won't get their sale price until you buy 4 more for a total of 8 for $22 so to speak.

Have a prescription with refills? A coupon for a free advair inhalor? I went in this same store with a coupon my doctor issued me for a free advair. They handed me a bill for $245 (advair at walgreens is under $200) and I said it is supposed to be free? They said oh, you have to buy two and pay for one (overpay dearly) The coupon said nothing about buying two. They took it upon themselves to fill my refill and overcharge for it without my authorization. I got the one for free when I challenged them on it. They put back the second one. Well think this was a one time thing well think again. The next time I walked into the store I had a script for vicoden with one refill. Yep handed a bill for $70 and I said how much? They filled both the first prescription I asked for and my refill again without my permission doubling the price. A refill is just that. You run out and you refill it. Not you fill it and fill it.

I told the cashier that the pepsi issue was fraud. He said NO IT IS NOT. What would you call it? A store being honest and forthcoming? I would rather pay more with Jewel or Walgreens at least when they charge to much they are upfront about it. They don't piss in your face and tell you to like it. They just piss in your face.

I work at a CVS. Are you sure the sign out front doesn't say 4/$10 after coupon, that's what the ones at my store say. With coke and pepsi there is usually and extra buck special. This means that you pay 4/$12 then get a $2 coupon for your next purchase. It clearly states on the sale signs "you pay 4/$12, extra buck reward $2, it's like paying 4/$10." IT'S LIKE PAYING...DOESN'T MEAN YOU GET THE 4/$10 AUTOMATICALLY! You should be happy with paying 4/$12 anyway...have you not seen the average cost of a 12pk of soda recently? It's well over $3 per 12pk!
