During my visit, I encountered price labelling and product placement errors, which I brought to the attention of the duty manager in hopes of receiving clarification and assistance.
Instead of addressing the matter professionally, the duty manager responded in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. In particular, the remark “can you read” was directed at me. This comment was not only unhelpful but also came across as derogatory, implying that the issue was due to my own lack of ability rather than the clear mislabelling and placement errors in the store. Such language is inappropriate, insulting, and highly unprofessional.
Desired outcome: Written apology and customer service training for duty managers to ensure violation of the CVS discriminatory policy by employees are addressed quickly and efficiently
