Crunch Fitness review: Unethical behavior

I signed up for Crunch Fitness 2 months ago with an employee who said that they had a limited day deal for an enrollment fee of $5. At the time she explained that there was an annual fee which would be included when I signed up which made the total $75. Unbeknownst to me, I was actually charged full price for the enrollment fee for $50 and 2 months later I was charged the annual fee of $50. I only found out that I was charged full price when the annual fee popped up as a transaction in my bank account. I tried talking to the manager there who said there was nothing they could do for me and that the person who signed me up did not work there anymore. It seems like I was scammed and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do for me which seems ridiculous.
