Crunch Fitness review: Overcharged

I was over charged on my account. I contacted the manager joelee and she looked my account up while I was on the phone and said I was correct and to give her 20 min and she would get to the bottom of it and call me back. 2 days later with no phone call I addressed this with the front desk and the assistant manager assured me they would leave a note on joelees desk and the issue would be resolved today. Now another 2 days later I still have not recieved a call or refund. Very dishonest orginization.
