Crunch Fitness review: overcharged & been asking for a refund for 1 + months

I have called every single day, and i have got through to speak with Randy. However, he comes up with an excuse every time and says he will send me an email. I have not received not one email. I have walked in and he still cannot manage to get me a refund. I feel highly disappointed.

I have proof of all emails or me trying my best to be professional and take care of this issue. This management team has no respect.
