Crunch Fitness review: I would like the charges on my credit report to be removed.

I have a serious complaint against crunch fitness! I had a trial membership and decided not to continue with starting the membership due to the availability I had to visit the gym. I have been charged over $200 plus and now this is relected on my credit report and seriously affecting my credit score. the trial was misleading and I only visited the gym a couple times durijng the trial. I have tried to dispute this on my credit report without a solution. This is seriously affecting my future credit options and this is totallyunfair. Who can I talk to to solve this matter and remove this from my credit report.?
