Crunch Fitness review: Civil harassment

There are two individuals named Hermes and Sandra who come to Chestnut street location every Tuesday, they come in the studio then start screaming, yelling, mocking and insulting, calling names towards others. They target an individual and call names, yell on her face. Managers don't do anything unless there is a serious body harm. Instructors are close friends of Hermes and Sandra, so when other members complain about them, instructors texted other members as ' Disrespectful". They have been terrorizing classes over 10 years, others had to put up with their violence and screaming in class because management and instructors support their behaviors. Some members think they are clinically sick, mentally unstable, They have no control of their behavior and emotions, they are outrageous and members have fear around them.
