Crunch Fitness review: charged for more than what I signed up for and no one getting back to me to given me a refund

I went to an open house and joined for 21 dollars for the unlimited tanning. The fitness center opened and had no tanning yet. I was billed 25 dollars and complained got a free month. Woopee I don't even workout there I only joined for the tanning. I am now being billed 25 dollars for nothing and no one is getting back to me, I asked to lower the cost to the 10 dollars a month until the tanning is set up but no one has responded to that either. I have the women's email address but am getting no where. Any suggestions
