Crunch Fitness review: billing

This morning at 6 am in the morning I was told that my membership was past due but I have proof that it was paid every month. When I disagreed with attended they asked me to leave and threatened to call the police. I was denied services that I paid for, lied to and publicly exposed Personal Private Information during the discussion. This is total not acceptable. I have been a loyal customer since the day this gym opened in our area and have been responsible for bringing several other people to the gym. I have never experienced this type of treatment in my 20 years of working out at LA Fitness, Gold Gym or Planet Fitness. Please call me at [protected]
