So I got in on this Crown Wine and Spirits Rewards thing a while back. Went back a few months ago to get some more booze and my receipt didn't show the right amount of points I should have had from my past purchases. Talked to the employee and they got their supervisor to look into it. They said they were changing systems and would take care of it and let me know. They were cool about it but never followed up with me. I even tried emailing and faxing their corporate office but nobody ever got back to me.
